I promise Im actually a nice person but this place is horrible. The place is very dirty. Even the counter where the ladies sit at in the front look like they need to be wiped off. (That should have been my first sign) Then the Dr gave me a type of birth control I couldnt have, after I told her Im a smoker and I couldnt have anything with hormones in it. Now Ive been bleeding for 8 months and every time I call she says it will stop and just to wait. So then I go to request my medical records and they say I can only do it in person. I explain that I work in organ donation 13 hour shifts so unless I take a day off work (which I wont) that wouldnt be possible. So I read up on the law and found out as long as I give them a hand written request they have to respond to it within 30 days. I send them this law along with my request over 30 days ago. I call to complain and threaten to call the Dept of Health and the next day the medical record department calls me. Magic! They say they never received the original notice I sent over a month ago so we "needed to start fresh." I explained that I had sent the request a month ago by fax and had a confirmation sheet to confirm that it was receive by them, and if he company was not organized that was not my problem and they were still obligated to fulfill my request. Then she tries to say she wont send the records because I havent paid for them. I told her Id gladly pay over the phone for my records. She then says they dont take payments over the phone!!!!! Back to square one. I again explain I cannot come up there due to my work hours and regardless of what their policy is that I am entitle by law to my medical records. If they dont accept my form of payment, they were still not released from that obligation. (I had paid a bill over the phone a week ago at this same place because on my first visit "The credit card machine was down" so I had to be billed.) She says fine Ill mail your records today as Im leaving the office. I tell her that she can send me the bill and Ill pay it through the billing office. Inefficient and rude staff.

Honestly, this one star is ONLY bc I have to! A "bad experience" would be too nice of a way to put what happened at my visit to this unclean & unprofessional establishment. I first would like to note that I was very upfront upon arrival of my appointment that I needed to be somewhere else BY 4:30! PFFT.... SO MUCH FOR THAT!! Not only was the youngest of the two women in the front more concerned with current Trump events on the internet, but after arriving 15 mins early, going to the back AFTER other patients that were late..... and waiting OVER AN HOUR TO BE SEEN by the nurse....I was told they were completely out of the form of birth control I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Mind you, I put on the registration forms the EXACT reason for my visit. As a medical office administrative professional myself I find this completely unacceptable, rude and a complete disregard for my time! Unless you are completely desperate and destitute (and I can tell most people in this office are, which is probably why they can get away with such practices) I WOULD NEVER step foot in this disgraceful, disgusting, unprofessionally staffed poor excuse for a doctors office!SN: I decided to wait to make this review just to see exactly how my "rescheduled from yesterday because of their incompetent staff" appointment was going to go. Much to my surprise, my daughter and I were greeted and seen by a very nice midwife (Nana) who thoroughly explained everything going on throughout the appointment. Too bad the rest of the office already ruined any chance of us coming back.

This place is very unprofessional. I went it in for an appointment after they had told me they had my cooper IUD in ready to inserted. After being told by the nurse to get undressed I was ready and the doctor comes in with her nurse assistant and they were like "where is her IUD?" They stepped outside to look for it, and when the nurse, who is in charge of the IUDs, walks in shes like "Im sorry we do not have your IUD, who told you to come in for an appointment? EXCUSE ME! Well they did not have my IUD in and to top it all off, they do not insert copper IUDs only Mirena after I was told they do insert Cooper IUDs. So, I wasted my lunch time hour... After that, the doctor said she was going to order me a copper IUD and to call next Monday to make an appointment. I called Monday and the lady who is charge of the IUDS, Alma, says.."Im sorry the doctor couldnt find you the IUD can you call back next monday?" I dont even know why I called after they had me go back and forth. This clinic is such a waste of time. They are very unprofessional and irresponsible. Do not go here!

This place is horrible! I dont know how to put into words. They drew my blood every time I visited them but never informed me regarding the results. Went there more than 10 times for the same concern but they never came up with what needed to be done and what was really going on. I would schedule an appt with Dr and when I get there they will tell me theres no doctor available. And what the heck is that phone for if it never get answered.Trust me theyll never answer the phone even if they do you wont get any answers until they transfer you to 8 different people. This facility isnt even busy and its always hard to get appointments. Im glad Im done with them. FYI I never choose this place myself my insurance picked it up for me. Get your s*** together please.

Never got my result for gynecology exam nor did I get a phone call once it was in. After waiting an hour and a half for my consultation, me and 9 other people were told that the doctor was overbooked and she wouldnt be taking any other patients for another 3 hours and to reschedule or come back after their lunch break. Are you serious? They could have told us before we drove there rather than making us wait an hour and a half. The clinic is very unprofessional in terms of paperwork and appointments and it seems like they dont care too much about the patients. Also, to request anything or pay anything you have to personally go there or they wont help you over the phone. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT SOUTHSIDE MEDICAL in Norcross! This place is very unprofessional and unorganized. I took my son here because it supposedly on a sliding fee scale but I paid $70. My son left this Center still very sick. No treatment and was no meds. I was told that they had to send the labs off which shouldve been told to me in the beginning. my son was sent home to suffer for 3 more days. They had me to reschedule his appt to get results and It was only to charged me another $55. This place is a ripoff!! I will be reporting them to the BBB. I will NEVER refer this place to anyone nor trust them again with one of my loved ones healthcare!
