Dr. Parasher is wonderful Ive been seeing her over 15 years. I could not ask for a better doctor. However the office staff and the phone system is completely unacceptable. I get placed on hold for 20 minutes or more. This is too long when people are working during the day. The office staff is incompetent and they do not care about their patients because if they did they would follow through and get the job correct. I have been waiting over a week for physical therapy while in pain because they wont send the right codes to my insurance company. Because of this Im leaving and getting a new primary care doctor.

Doctors are all good but I hope I could say same for receptionist. Totally rude and dont know how to talk with patients. They changed my appointment schedule without informing me. when I asked them why they didnt updated me she replied so rudly that we have called you but you didnt picked . They dont have any value of others time.
