Been dealing with panic attack and anxiety for well over a few years now... Ive never spoken out against issues like this but heres some background. I went to my PCP for a basic check up and a recommendation for mental health care. I was refereed to go Body Mind and Soul. Filed all the paper work and was taken into a room for what they call "Consultation". When I started to get panicky and anxious, they told us that theyre not the right people for these kind of these cases and told me I need to get more intensive care. They seemed very adamant on us getting us out of there. They then charge us 160 dollars just for them to just tell us, "Were not the right people for this, go away." Im at a point where Im tired of the healthcare system and I already know others are thinking the same way. I only hope that writing this review will help others. This office is not equipped at all for these kind of cases and theyre making it hard for others to find the right help. Its very messed up that others could possibly be charged 160 for them to basically shove me to another office. What If I dont have enough time for help....what if others dont have enough time for help? This office put my life at risk that nobody seems to understand. I hope that by writing this review, others will speak up against this lackluster level of care. I know I cant be the only one.

Most unprofessional office I have been to! They made me reschedule because I did not show up early enough, even though I was early. Then while I am filling out the paperwork the Dr. and her staff start ordering food and gossiping.... But, they said they did not have time to see me? I do not want to hear you gossiping when I am giving away sensitive information. I cancelling any future appointments and never setting foot here again!

I showed up for my confirmed appt early but the office was closed! The answering service was completely unhelpful. When I called the next morning to resolve, I was on hold for over 21 minutes before I hung up in frustration (no one answered the phone). Extremely unhappy with the office professionalism.

No wonder the suicide rate is so high in this country! I called to make an appointment on 5/9/16 and they couldnt see me until September! Mental Health Care in this country is disgusting! This is the 3rd place I called today and no one is available to help. Unbelievable!

Amazing healthcare but still working out kinks in the paperwortk and appointment scheduling. Otherwise they meet my needs and have helped me like no other place can.
