I saw Dr. Jackson a few days ago and if I could give her zero stars, I would. Dr. Jackson is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. She took ~1sec to examine each of my symptoms, then told me everything looked fine. I actually had to tell her to give me a strep test and I was the one who had to tell her what I thought I had. After doing the strep test I requested, it came back positive (surprise). She put me on medication, but after two days the medication caused extremely bad chest pain. I called the office to explain that I needed a different medication (there are a number of medications you can prescribe for strep, so she could have easily simply prescribed a different one). She told me I needed to continue taking the medication and would not prescribe anything else unless I returned to the office to be re-evaluated. Given that the strep test was positive, there was absolutely no need to be re-evaluated, as my diagnosis was already known.

Ive been to more than a few urgent cares in the area and this one is hands down the best one. I cant tell you how happy I am I found this place. Ive learned a long time ago that its more than the service you provide, its the experience as well. The staff is here at Florida Medical Clinic Urgent Care is amazing!!!! Brittany, PA-C, and her nurse Crystal ( I hope I didnt misspell her name) were fantastic! I had come in to see someone a very nasty ear infection and lucked out and got them, both were very welcoming and went above and beyond to diagnose me initially and when things took a turn to the worse they quickly found me relief. If you have something that needs immediate attention this is your place! I wish there was more that 5 stars because this place deserves it!

I have to agree with the other patients who provided positive reviews about New Tampa Urgent Care and Dr. Forman. My regular physicians office was closed this morning and I didnt want to return to the walk-in clinic Ive visited in the past. While looking for an alternate clinic I ran across the reviews here. This morning when I arrived at the clinic it was packed. I thought there would be an extensive wait but that wasnt the case. The patients were dispatched quickly and then it was my turn. I didnt feel rushed in any way, my questions were answered and Dr. Forman was professional and efficient. I was also impressed with the staff and how friendly they were despite obviously having a rushed and frenetic morning. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Dr. michael murray was byfar THE laziest physician Ive ever encountered. He didnt explain anything, he didnt introduce himself, I got his name from the prescription. I walked in with an animal bite not knowing what to expect & walked out $100 short with a prescription still knowing nothing.. I even heard a lady ask about her son & the status of his visit, the same doctor replied "dont rush me." She said "sir you should see your lobby." if all the hype is true about this place maybe one should plan to not need urgent care on a sunday afternoon.

I recently saw Dr. Harris for persistent abdominal pain (that ended up being a kidney stone and UTI, diagnosed elsewhere), and felt that she was impatient, apathetic, and rude. She was very dismissive, told me that "no one would be able to tell me what was wrong based on the information I had given her," and offered no thoughts/ideas as to what might be causing the pain. Her demeanor/communication style was not at all what I would expect from a health care professional. I wont be back, and would not recommend.

Wish i could give them a negative star. Seriously...called to make sure they were really open until 8pm since id already driven two other places only to find they clised earlier than their listed internet hours. Told her it would be right at 8 before i could get there..she said come on. Drive 30 min to get there spend 5 min finding a parking spot...walk from forever away..and still make it there by 755 only to find the door already locked!!!!! Beyond pissed right now!

Yet another A+ for Forman. For us, there was little waiting. I had not finished with the paperwork before my 18 yr old son was taken back for stitches. I found the staff and Dr. to be helpful, compassionate, and most importantly, competent. True, it was just stitches but... My son was in good spirits despite his cut but the the docs bedside manner would have put him at ease had my son needed it. I will go here next time if I need urgent care.

Dr. Forman is truly a breathe of fresh air in the medical community. You never feel rushed or like so much cattle being shuffled in and out as demonstrated by most doctors these days. Dr. Forman takes his time and genuinely cares for his patients. He was able to catch a condition that was missed by 2 other doctors that could have developed into something very serious. He really is an asset to the New Tampa medical community.

Dr. Foreman is the best. He listens, he really cares, and he offers a level of respect to his patients that is hard to find elsewhere. Though I have a primary care provider who I like very much, I actually prefer going to Dr. Foreman when necessary because he is so caring, compassionate and takes every concern--no matter how big or small--very seriously, while still keeping a sense of humor. GREAT doctor!

With over 18 years of ER experience, Dr. Forman is the best in the business. He can quickly (and correctly) diagnose ailments and prescribe the right cure to fix what you have. The staff there is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable as well. My 10 year old daughter had to have blood drawn (for the first time) and she didnt even feel a thing! I would strongly recommend this great practice.

My experience at this urgent care was very good. I want to suggest that the young lady at the front desk be a bit more welcoming to the sick patients arriving at this office. . The times I approached the desk I felt I was keeping her from doing her job. There was never any eye contact, and I felt I was being brushed off. I am a patient of Florida Medical Clinic and have never felt ignored like this.

I wish I would have seen this Foreman guy everyone talks about. But No I got the laziest doctor in the office dr.harris. When I explained my situation she didnt seem to want to be there. going to the doctor is uncomfortable as it is, to have someone not care and not apathetic makes it even worse. Ive never felt so cheated out of 70 in my life.

Took a family member there today....saw Dr. Harris. Very surprised at her lack of compassion, apathy and smugness. Absolutely no exam was performed. Based her diagnosis completely on the description given by the patient. Ive worked in hospitals and doctors offices for over 25 years. Never seen a practitioner like this ever.

Amazing Amazing Amazing Everyone was extremely Kind and Professional towards me and my son. When he left he said he wants to always come here, when he is sick. I said son "WE ARE" Short wait time for NEW PATIENT Very Kind and Professional. Couldnt of been any better ! Its amazing guys !!! Amazing
