The Zephyrhills Family Practice at this FMC office are extremely rude,unhelpful and are miserable.Along with many of the family medicine Dr.s.It was almost impossible to get into this office,even in emergent situations.My former Dr. Also cancelled many appointments on myself,my daughter and my spouse. We absolutely dreaded going to our Dr.,it shouldnt be that way. The prior Dr. We had,had disposition and trustworthiness of a rattlesnake,I knew when other Dr.s refused to see her patients there was the first of many red flags. When it took forever to get appointments,the staffs answer was to go to Urgent Care or the ER.Why have a Dr. If they never see you and are constantly when youre very sick referring you to the ER?This resulted in Hospitalizations and even emergency surgeries that could have easily and confirmed through five other physicians be prevented! We make the drive to the FMC Land O Lakes office.The staff is much friendlier ,the PA we transferred care to is so caring and has a wonderful disposition and listens.Beth Ann Leaf is amazing and Im so thankful two close family members highly recommended her.My only regret is not changing Dr.s/Offices sooner.

I was a patient at dr. Qureshis office for my diabetes for a year, I got a call last month that she left the office and the new Dr would take over in may or July. Okay so I called the office because I still need a refill for my insulin,they told me I would have to find a new Dr for it to be filled (even though my next appointment wasnt until may 1st) I called the office and left multiple messages,still no reply. So my blood sugar has been high until I get in with my new Dr in a couple weeks. This is inappropriate and unprofessional, I will write to the medical board

Dr. Jennifer Miller and her staff in the Audiology Department are the best. I would recommend Dr. Miller to any of my friends and family that need help with hearing loss.
