Office staff was polite and so were the medical assistance, Dr william Swope spent less than 2 minutes with me, was rushed, and didnt even ask about my concerns, assumed I was just in there for my ears checked them, and said I need to see an ENT, that was not why I was there, I said Ive been sick for a month tried different antibiotics and he rolled his eyes, 3 days later I went to an actual doctor that took time with me and found out I had pneumonia....$110 I self paid for 2 minutes of help, paid way less at the next doctor and was treated %100 better, if you dont have compassion in this field its not the right one for you....

I have gone a couple of times for urgent care and have also referred my winter guests. We have receive exceptional care with each visit. My Family Doctor and Specialist participate with the Florida Medical Clinic and share access to all medical records. Having this kind of medical care in Zephyrhills reminds me of the care we had at the Mayo Clinic.

My wife and I have used this urgent care numerous times. They are very Professional and we have never waited more than a few minutes. Great place to go if you dont feel well or have a medical problem and cant see your Dr right away. Great people

I went there on a Sunday, and it took me 1 hour and 35 mins to see a doctor!! Then only took 5 mins to see her, I would have been better off going to the emergency room instead!! So now I know!!
