Absolutely garbage service. Failed to send the prescription after saying they had already done it, then closed early for the night and did not pick up the phone, causing unnecessary suffering overnight and refusing to take responsibility. Doctors apointment went well. Was prescribed medication and told that the front desk would send the paperwork to have our presciption filled out by the pharmacy closest to our current location. After arriving at the pharmacy, we were told that the prescription had not been sent, but would be available to pick up in the morning. After a difficult nights sleep, we arrived at the pharmacy the next morning and were told that they still had not received the order form. Called the Doctors office again to be greeted with a 10 minute hold time on the phone, followed by rude customer service. We were then told that the prescription had been sent to a pharmacy over 30 minutes drive away, and that if we wanted it sent to another pharmacy it would take an hour. Ultimately, medication was not taken in the first 48 hours that is required for it to be effective, despite paying for an after hours service. Fire the incompetent failures at the front desk - but make sure to send their referrals to the wrong address.

Do not go to this place. I went here on few occasions and called my health insurance because I was being billed outrageous Co pay amounts. Here this office billed my insurance for procedures that I was not given. This place is fraud and I will not stop until they are shut down. If you need urgent care, visit a local er or walk in clinic, but avoid this business. The staff is ignorant ghetto trash and very unprofessional. I watched them deny a very sick patient because he owed a 32.00 bill from 2015 and he didnt have cash on him. Unreal and I hope that man they denied receives treatment. Any medical provider that cares more about a buck over the health of a patient, deserve to go out of business!

My son had an ear infection while here on vacation. I took him here and was there waiting when the doors opened at 8 am. I think that was the key to our pleasant experience. We were the second ones in and they called him within 20 minutes. He saw a doctor there who was very friendly. He discovered what we knew (ear infection) and the nurse sent a prescription to the nearby WalMart. We were out by 8:50. When we left, there was already a room full of people waiting, at least 6. Our experience was great, and Id come again if necessary. Again, I do believe being there 10 minutes or so before they open and waiting at the door got us in and out quickly and made the visit go smoothly.

Both my spouse and I arrived in Florida sick. Severe coughing, congestion, the works. We looked up urgent care clinics and found positive reviews for Paramount. We arrived at 8:30 am on the next morning. Within 1 hour we both checked in, did paperwork, saw the doctor and checked out, with our antibiotic for upper respiratory infection called in to the Walmart located behind the clinic. Two days later we are finally able to sleep and feel like new people. As snow birds, we dont have a doctor locally, but will definitely return to Paramount should the need arise. They are prompt and professional ! Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

If i could give them NO STARS TRUST ME i would!!! Pure RUDE. I walk in with my infant right to the front desk where some fat woman was sitting at the desk typing away didnt acknowledge me or anything im just standing there waiting she stays looking forward typing right away and the lady next to her ignoring me to i started to think i was a d**m ghost.. A lady from the BACK 5 minutes after me being ignored asks "maam are you bein helped" than the big lady with the glasses wants to say oh here do these forms... I do them she was very nasty.. VERY than after waiting she says my insurance isnt accepted. She does NOT need her job

Came here with my daughter, my mom and now came for a personal problem. Each time got our turn in about 30 minutes but never seen a smile on the staffs face. When people come here theyre sick, they want to be greeted with a smile and something to make them think theyll be okay soon, but that will never happen here. My mom burned her hand and was crying waiting for the doctor to see her while she was with the nurse, and not a single time the nurse told her to " hang on itll be okay, or the doctor will take care of it ." If they werent 5 minutes from my house I probably would never come here.

Very rude staff. Do not recommend this place to anyone, I am not being dramatic but beware if your Hispanic, they will treat you less than anyone there. Waited for about an hour to get my childs physical for school so I needed to fax the papers to my childs school since I recently moved, I go up to the front counter I asked one of the ladies there if she can do that for me, and she completely ignored me and the other lady said "Ill do it later" while speaking over me when I was trying to explain. The experience was very degrading. I hope no one will have to go through this.

Service wasnt really a 1, but I only give pass or fails and this could have been a serious mistake. I took my 2 year girl there for a fall to the head on a tile floor. No one saw the fall so we took her in. The wait was short, however the exam was too short. The Doctor did not check her back or arms and legs even though I told him that I did not see the fall and was not sure if something else was hurt. He just referred us the local hospital for a CT scan. I am used to our family doctor really taking a good look at our kids to make sure they are okay.

Upon walking into Paramount I felt safe and cared for right away. I received immediate care and everyone was so nice. I was concerned about the cost as Ive spent up to $500 for urgent care in the past, but the visit was only $135 and my medication was only $10. The cost is incredibly affordable and the facility is pristine and lovely. The staff were all gracious and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone for themselves and their children. It was hassle free, the wait was only a few minutes... I honestly cant gush about this place enough.

The doctor was extremely rude and disrespectful. She talked to my parents like they were ignorant and dumb. Although doctors are extremely educated they shouldnt talk down to their patients and watch their manners. This doctor needs to be educated on how to talk to her patients. This was extremely upsetting to my mother. It is a shame someone that is supposed to care about people will not talk to patients and show patients the dignity all people deserve.

My daughter had ear infection and tonsillitis. I just moved to the area and called within hour of closing. From the phone call to the way we were treated in the clinic I was very impressed. my daughter has fear of doctor offices because of recurrent infections and she left thanking the staff. They were professional and efficient. We walked in 15 minutes prior to closing and no one fussed or acted put out. Thanks for making my rough day better.
