Took my mom to see dr. due to her shoulder hurting took a total time of 6 hours to be seen, which we kinda understood after finding out they took alot of xrays and tests, but even 6 hours seemed to be a little long but the next week I took her back for a follow up and we arrived at 1pm it is currently 4:11pm now and we still have yet to see a dr. and they close in 45 min.... The wait time is terrible... I took my mom here to avoid the ER but it looks like at this point the ER would of been alot quicker.

If possible, I would give it a zero. Waited for 3 hours and they couldnt say when the doctor would get to me. The nurses just sat in their chairs and laughed and joked the whole time. Every time I asked about time they said "you are next" for 1.5 hours. No one seemed to be working. ...they must not need the money

Jerry is the most thorough Doctor I know! Yes, be prepared to wait because he is actually researching your diagnosis. My recommendation is to go first thing in the morning. Hes worth the wait! sometimes fast isnt always the best.

Horrible wait time. Charged me 100 without even an ounce of help regarding the reason I went in there in the first place. Was there for probably 3/4 hours. Complete waste of time and money

The wait is unbelievably long. After waiting 3 hours without seeing the doctor hes an okay guy but your time and day are gone by then.

DIDNT TELL ME ON THE PHONE WHEN THEY CLOSED I SHOW UP 10 MINS AFTER THE CLOSE AND THEY SHRUG THEIR SHOULDERS. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN
