Great doctor but their front office staff is HORRIBLE! Tried to make an appointment but apparently they are playing a game that the insurance company doesnt know about. Even if it gets situated, I would never go back to this office. Its a shame because the doctor takes his time with his patients but the office staff has been a constant revolving door. Not to mention when speaking with an office supervisor, you would expect someone professional. No, she was sarcastic and not helpful until pushed to be so. I have a friend that stopped going there after 10 years of being a patient. I wanted to see it for myself and I just did! Sorry Dr. Velasco, your front office staff SUCKS!

i dont care about his office staff,who by the way are fine-idontcare about the sometimes long wait ITS WORTH IT to get to a great doctor who is kind ,caring,patient,thorough,and very professional--I dont go to the doctor to socialize, I go to the doctor for medical attention--he is great! Thanks Dr P. PENNY !!!

Dr. Perez-Velasco is a wonderful doctor but unfortunately the same can not be said about his office staff (front office). They are very unprofessional, unresponsive and very rude at times. Im very busy and do not have time to deal with this behavior. Sorry to say its time to find a new Dr.

Great doctor. Great staff. Ive been going to Dr Perez-Velasco for years and everyone from the DR to the front office have always been wonderful.
