I started going here to see Dr. Laura Hunt. My symptom was pain starting in my lower back and shooting down my left leg. She stated that I had sciatica and started me on a steroid as well as sent me to physical therapy. After that did not work is when the issue started. I asked her if I should get an MRI and she stated that I did not need one. It would not show anything in May 2016. She told me to just keep doing my exercises. I went back in August and asked to have an MRI done again. She continued to state that I did not need one and offered to send me to pain management instead. I had to demand that I receive an MRI because I wanted the problem fixed instead of just having to learn to deal with it. The MRI showed a herniated disc and I had surgery within a week of meeting with the neurosurgeon. I would have had surgery and recovered by the time she finally sent me to have an MRI done if she would have sent me the first time I asked. Instead, I now how have permanent nerve damage. If you just want someone to take your money, Dr. Laura hunt is who you want. If you want someone who cares about you and wants to get the problem fixed, go anywhere but here.

When you are a new patient and you sign something that says they wont prescribe controlled substances, its time to walk out immediately because controlled or not they arent willing to listen to help. My doctor back home prescribed me stuff that was controlled and I have been doing good except for a couple things. I come here and I get treated like Im a drug addict. Im sorry the crap I have to take is controlled. You cant just take somebody off this stuff because the govt bullies you. Sorry but Im going else where. Wasted big money on a visit and prescriptions that Ive had before that wont work or make me insane. Edit: So I bit the bullet and took the meds I was given even though I told the lady I didnt react well to antidepressants. Well 2 days after I ended up in a drunk tank at that dumpy new hospital in Irmo because I had a bad reaction to the meds. Who knows what this medical bill is going to cost me........

I like Dr. Hunt regardless of the other reviews here. I havent been able get pain meds for my chronic migraines from ANY doctor in 13 years so I cant knock her for that. My problem is having to wait for two hours. I have to pay a penalty if I dont give 24 hours advance notice for cancellation, or if I show up late. But taking time off my job to sit in a waiting room is unacceptable. Ive read that patients are now charging doctors for time they wait past their scheduled appointment times. Its perfectly legal and Ill start doing that myself. Im losing money from my job and still paying $150 for an office visit? I think that is unethical. I should be reimbursed for all time I lost from work plus time past my appointment time. They should be charged for being late just like I am.

The only reason I give 5 stars is because of Dr. Squires. She is the best! On the other hand, the staff at the front window and check out are the rudest people I have ever encountered. They definitely need to give their front office staff a lot of warm and fuzzy classes or get rid of them because they will and I am sure have lost them business! I was in the office and the lady in front of me was talked to so rudely and when she walked off, she said "that woman is always so rude". I walk up and she does not even look at me! She asked her questions rudely and told me to have a seat. The lady that takes payments at the back needs to smile also! If I did not like Dr. Squires so much, I would not go back!

I have been going to this office for 24 years. I have seen Dr come and go. I like squires and dangler. There the two I see most. I have had no problems with any of the staff. They get me in to see the Dr fast. They make other appointments with other offices for me fast. I give them a 5 star because of 2 good drs there. Remember we are all human. I have seen Dr hunt. I as well have a herniated disk pinching my siatica. She was not the Dr that treated me for it. Dangler did and sent me to a MRI then to another Dr. I fund when I ask fie anything done they will do it for me. It just takes getting to know your Dr and your Dr knowing you.

Absolutely no customer service! was told my issue was not important enough to escalate. Staff unwilling to put forth any effort to solve issue, more concerned with telling me it wasnt their job and that they would not get me in contact with who I needed. Was told no one in the office wOuld be able to help me until next week... All of this after I was told issue would be handled yesterday... Unbelievably disappointed In this office!!!!

Have to fill out an app before they will even consider you as a new patient. My app was denied because of one med even though a dr never called to ask me about my meds. Tried months later to get an app just for preventive shots for school. I was again denied.

Dr. Squires is wonderful. However their office staff and some of the policies they have are kind of outdated. It takes forever to get an answer back if you call in for info

The wait can get a little long if you dont arrive early for an appointment. Great staff, friendly, and always answer any question I have.
