Dr Sotrop was my doctor for 7 years and hes a good and kind doctor and Im sad I wont be seeing him anymore but the office policies have changed in the past year and now you have to pay for your wellness visit which was supposed to be free paid by my health insurance. Only the 2nd appointment is considered free. It doesnt make any sense and I even called back at a later time to confirm all this and it just seems like money greed to me. I am looking for a different doctor. Its not even about the $25 ...its about having to have 2 appointments! I called other Dr offices and they dont do this....

Horrible. Worst experience with a Dr. I have ever gone through. After filling out all the usual paperwork and sitting in the waiting room, I was told after a 5min max conversation that the Dr. would not see me as a patient?? This was without any REAL explanation other than I would not be happy with him?? Just bizarre. I also was chastised for not receiving treatment for an on and off problem...which is why I made the freaking appt a month and a half ago!!! VERY POOR PHYSICIAN. Lovely way to waste three hours of my morning.

New patient! Dr. Sotrop is highly experienced and after using another local physician for a several years, although capable something was missing, so we made the change. Wow, all I have to say! Relaxed setting; family doctor feeling throughout the whole experience; does not nickle and dime your experience, which is a major changed from my previous doctor.

Great doctor, explains things thoroughly. Hes willing to spend a fair amount of time with you and explains things in a way that is not complicated, but still includes the important details. He does not rush to prescribe drugs that arent needed and opts for conservative approaches first. Will certainly listen to what you want as well.

Just stopped in for a regular checkup. At the desk Im turned away because I dont have the plastic insurance card. Mind you, my wife and kids go here and I have all of the info from the card with me. Very odd to be turned away... I think me and my family will go elsewhere.
