The doctor is friendly and knowledgeable, but, the support staff is less than helpful. Messages/emails can be 10+ days before answered, drug refill requests from the pharmacy can take up to a week before a response is received. I would recommend this doctor if she had a staff that actually cared about the patient as much as she seems to.

DR. Judd is one of the most OUTSTANDING doctors Ive come into contact with. HOWEVER her staff is without a doubt the worst Ive encountered. You mean NOTHING to them. So, I you can take a LOT of screw ups by her staff she might be right for you

Really great doctor!!! Bad staff!! Only really had issues with Lavonda who thinks its okay to make people go a week without their meds because she hasnt gotten around to it yet
