On both that occasions my wife and I used Dr Reed horrendously high charges were billed to our health insurance for unexplained and unauthorized tests. For my wife, she waited weeks and weeks for test results only for Dr Reed to prescribe antibiotics. Any other Doctor I have ever visited would have prescribed this on the first visit suggested we come back again if the symptoms persisted. The only good thing was Betsy the receptionist who helped to resolved the issue of overcharging. Avoid.

Its very hard to get a hold of anyone. They make you wait in the examination room for at least 20 minutes before anyone gets to you. Dr. Reed is nice, though I dont think particularly great at diagnosis, and she loves to force you to get blood work done even if youre only 27 and broke. Finally they billed me wrong and I had to call them up to fix the error. In short Dr. Reed is better than going to ER, but thats about it.
