Had an early morning appointment at 8:30 AM. When I got there the waiting room was full and many people ahead of me. After waiting an hour and a half was told there are still people ahead of me. Staff told me the normal wait is 2 hours. The doctor is overbooking appointments with no regards for other peoples time. I walked out and will never return to such an unprofessional office. I see it that if you are treated this bad before the appointment this is a sign that there is also little care for your health condition. I suggest looking elsewhere if you want respect. This doctor and office want to treat you like cattle for their own financial gain.

Doctor Henry is one of the most unprofessional doctors we have ever had the displeasure of seeking assistance from. I have to agree with a previous review of "its his way or the highway". He has constantly belittled a close family member despite her best efforts to stay healthy. His flat out refusal to even listen to anything other than what he thinks is right is simply pathetic and attempting to even discuss options with him is like talking to a wall. Your words fall on uncaring ears and he just wants patients in and out so he can take their money. If you genuinely wish to discuss your health with a caring doctor, please seek a different one.

Dr is great, however this was only my first visit. With that being said, Im not sure I will ever return due to his awful and unprofessional office staff. Theyre rude, dont open their mouths to speak clearly, act like youre an inconvenience to them when you have questions and somehow make it your fault when they schedule you on the wrong date than what they tell you over the phone! This place had no notes of why I made an appt, even though I specifically told them why I was coming here instead of my Primary Dr. I wouldnt ever want people like these ladies being my customers/patients first impressions.

Very arrogant MD. Will give you the "silence treatment" because youre doing something he disagrees with instead of EDUCATING the patient and talking to them like a human being. If you want the doctor with the attitude of "my way on the highway" then he is for you, but I am not wasting my time paying to come to see this snobby individual.

Only see this Dr. if you dont need an appointment in the next 90 days. Can never get a decent appointment. Office staff is deplorable and rude. Its a shame actually, as for the Dr., I thought he was great. He is obviously under staffed and no one is running the front office properly.

Dr. Henry is great. He listens, looks at blood results, and treats the root cause instead of the symptom. Couldnt be happier.
