If I can give -5 stars I would. Horrible office personnel. Always early to go to lunch and late to come back. I dont know how people in this surgeons office have jobs still. I went in for a vasectomy doctor came in and out and charge my insurance $150 for a consultation. All he said "you know once you get this surgery you cant have anymore kids". I replied "Im ready" and that was the end of the visit. I later went for the surgery then only seen him one time and he asked the same question about 30 minutes before surgery. I was taken in the back sedated and never seen him before or after the surgery. I was severely bruised for about 3 weeks, have pain when I have sex on my right side, I was butchered when stitched back up, and the right side was stitched to internal parts which hurt me. I spoke with people in office about it and was on hold for about 30 minutes. They were trying to explain how great the doctor was how hes been in practice for 30+ years. Finally was able to speak to the manger which was a relative of doctor. I explained to her what I explained to the receptionist and she scheduled an appointment to see doctor. I am not looking forward to him correcting this mistake. I have gotten opinions from other surgeons and have received video on how a bilateral vasectomy is done. It does not compare to the butcher work done to me. Im very disappointed in myself for not taking precautionary measure and researching doctor before surgery.

This is a Very Unprofessional office. I was supposed to be a new patient. After waiting 2 hours in the waiting room and watching people sign in after me but go back before me, my name was called. I was taken to a room. 20 mins later some man comes in the room and WITHOUT greeting me or introducing himself. I am then told to get half naked frim the waist down for a bladder infection check. I dont even know this doctors first and last name at this point nor does he know my complaint or whats really going on with my body. The "doctor" says hes going to get my chart and hell be right back...then I hear him go to the room next door talking to that patient while I am half naked on the table waiting to be probed by some strange man that not once took the time out to ask my name, ask me my problem or if I agree with a bladder check. "Doctor" DID not have on gloves and the office DID NOT even have HAND SANITIZER! ....DISGUSTING! Never go here unless you want to catch a infection. ALL the nurses chitchat and do NO work. Super Ghetto Office! STAY AWAY.....

Dr. Patel helped my mother tremendously. She went for approx 7 months with severe pain and unable to bend or even cough without severe pain. Dr. Patel is very direct and doesnt chit chat so its easy to misunderstand his method. However, after only 2 visits he was able to locate and provide relief to her problem. So I look & I see many negative reviews for this doctor and Im not sure what their personal experience was but he has helped our family to feel better & given my mother a better quality of life. Thank you Dr. Patel & staff!!!

This is my 2nd time seeing this Dr., and I was worried by all the reviews I seen. Im sitting in the office now I dont smell pee, the parking is small, but they have parking across the street, And so far the staff has been plesent. If this Dr. is that bad why is his office always so busy, that would tell me he is well liked and knows what he is doing. So why get on here and try to ruin his business, because you had a bad experience, I tell anyone try him yourself before allowing someone else to judge this office visit for you.

I work for a Dr. and when a patient calls and is sick or in pain you do what you can to get them in. That is DEFINITELY not the case with Gloria. She is rude and obnoxious. So I had the Dr I work for call and speak to Dr. Patel and he told him to send me right over. Hello...... We could have prevented all that if Gloria just did her job. I love Dr. Patel but if he continues to keep "Gloria" around I will find another doctor and will not refer anyone or my patients over there.

Horrible experience in extreme pain penix was 15 flaccid 20 erect now its 7 FLACCID 11 erect Im changing doctors everytime I drink something my balls swell up to baseballs sized hydrocele hurts checked my bladder did not preform surgery I cannot even leave my bed Im in that much pain massive amounts of blood has been lost from my penis I would not see mahesh the only reason Im giving him one star its becuase I love Jessica

There is no doubt that that person called Gloria should not work in the medical field. She does not know how to treat people, she does not care about patients. Other than that the clinic is nice. To every question I asked her, she had an "I do not know" answer, like she did not care about me, who was in extremely pain. Well I ended up going to ER. The business will run better without her.

Patients were OVER BOOKED there was no parking, no seats in the office, everything smells of urine, and the office staff couldnt care less if there were patients standing at the window needing help. I have never been so disgusted ..... I havent even been seen yet!!! Not what youd expect on your first visit, I wouldnt recommend this urology office to my worst enemy.

Gloria (office rep) is very rude in representing her company and staff. Other than her being completely rude and not professional, the other staff girls are great please dont let Gloria ruin youre experience here this will be my second time going there Ill keep everyone posted about this office and on this lady hopefully shell get her act together.

Did not discuss my problem with me,was very short in words did a test of problem area less than 2 seconds then said we was done supply me with meds week by week I ask for a month supply my insurance will pay for it and I did check with my insurance he got mad and told me to go to another doctor.

My partner has/had issues and went to this Doctor due to insurance. After three to four vists, blabber tests ext.. He tells us that theres nothing he can do cause my 54 year old partner is to old for surgery. I would not send or recommend this person to anyone

Absolutely horrible doctor and staff. Very rude and unfriendly, always running extremely late. This so called doctor was unable to help after 3 visits. Also the whole office smells rank.
