Please do not make the mistake of going to this doctor. I am in utter shock that a routine visit turned into such a frustrating situation. I left not feeling like a human being but like a walking dollar sign for them. I arrived for a follow-up appt for test results, easy in-and-out. I handed my HSA card over as I do for any medical expense incurred at any doctor, pharmacy, and so on. Turns out their machine is broken and theyre only taking cash or check, which is their right but I don’t usually carry. This was not something they explained to me when my appointment was confirmed. How they handled this conflict is really what this is all about. The front office clerk simply said "cash out check" and continued typing and I stood there confused… I told them, stunned, “Thats not my fault your machine is broken and no one notified me I needed to come with a specific form of payment; youre really not going to see me because your machine is broken?? You can always bill me?” And she just kept going and making phone calls while I stood in front of her. Im already there, Im clearly sick, and Im with a kid... There was no apology, no acknowledgment of difficulty, I was literally ignored in the most juvenile fashion. I asked to speak to the doctor, tio discuss his office policy. She tells me the doctor is busy. This is a 2-person office, there was one patient there before me and I already saw her leave. The doctor was not busy. I was in total shock over how completely dismissed I was. I attempted to bypass her by asking loudly through the window if the doctor would please come speak to me. I hear him speak to his assistant in Spanish, she said something back, and then he return to his office and didnt come out. Mind you, my six year old is with me so Im desperately trying to do the right thing in front of him. I finally told them to just give me my lab results and Ill leave and she literally prints a piece of paper that tells me how much printing results will cost me. Their choice, despite my being on the phone in front of them with the Department of Health to file a complaint, was to continue to pretend I didnt exist. I asked for their license number and she refused and told me to look online. Even AFTER the visit they continued to try and make my life difficult by insisting I show up at they office to collect a form they could fax to my insurance. I had to threaten a DOH complaint for withholding records in order to get then to send a fax. Theres way too many doctors out there to deal with someone that has no sense of customer service and no ethics in the medical industry.

I recently visit Dr.Victor Valentins office . It was a good experience, the front desk clerk treat me with respect and explained to me aspects of my medical insurance that I did not know. After checking my vital signs she transferred to the examination room where Dr.Valentin received me and greet me , very polite physician he allowed me to explain the reason of my visit and my symptoms. He listened quietly and made me many questions about my health. he performed a comprehensive physical exam and explained to me in details the plan he will follow , the lab work to be done and the possible results. Dr.Valentin finally asked me for possibles doubts or questions I could have and gave me a follow up appointment. I selected this physician based on references received from a friend of mine and he was right .Dr.Valentin is a polite man that knows his job as a physician and lets you talk your health issues . Nowadays you will not find many doctors like him. I expect to convince my husband and other family members to select him as their Primary Care Physician.

The doctor was really nice and he told me exactly what was going on with me. The staff was amazing and where very patient with me. Overall amazing place to go to, if you need a doctor that will treat you from the heart I recommend him. He is bilingual and will help you with any issues you are having.
