If i could him less than a 0 I would. His staff is rude and unprofessional.When you get an appointment they dont give you a time only the date he is going to show up. He shows up to your house at 11:00pm or later. Even if you ask him to show up early he will show up at 7:00 pm. Who does a doctors visit for elderly patients at 7:00pm and later???And his staff thinks leaving you a voicemail will suffice as a confirmation of the appointment and then get mad if they show up but you arent there. Worst medical practice ever!!!!!

Dr. Eschelbacher is a highly devoted doctor who does house calls! Who in this day and age does house calls? He does. I will never switch from Dr. E. I have had a lot of Dr.s in my time, but non were as caring and understanding as he.

terrible customer service when trying to make an appt - held for 10 minutes - then abruptly hung up saying theyd call back. Never did... but didnt bother saying the Doctor doesnt even have an office.

As a previous reviewer stated, he doesnt have office visits because he and his Nurse practicianer see all patients via house calls. A nice feature!
