Dr. Wang & Dr. Cortes are awesome. I am thankful for the time that they take with each patient and I really feel that whats best for me is done. They explain everything before they do a procedure and also offer nitrous oxide to help with my nerves. Ive unfortunately had to have quite a bit of dental work and I have never felt more comfortable in any dental office as I do at Wang & Cortes Dental. Additionally, my daughter needed some extensive work done at the age of 3 and I cant speak highly enough of Dr. Cortes. My daughter was terrified of the dentist until we walked in the doors of Wang & Cortes. Not only does she love the dentist, she now talks about how shes going to be a dentist one day. We are so thankful for this office and their staff. They are all excellent and I cant recommend them enough if you are looking for a dentist in south tampa (or anywhere for that matter!)

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Wang several years now and we are very happy with his work and his team. I like knowing what hes doing and why and he is very proactive on his explanations; Im always informed both before and after an appointment. If you have children, his wife, Dr. Cortes covers Pediatric Dentistry so you can take your whole family to one office. The dental hygienists are knowledgeable, thorough and do a good job. I appreciate their advice on what Im doing right as well as what I need to be doing better. Theyre also very helpful on what kind of toothbrush to get as well as input on different kinds of floss and water picks. The front office knows what the insurance covers and are sensitive to making the most out of your visits to minimize the out of pocket cost to you. Before any significant work is done, I know in advance what the cost will be.

Truly a professional, caring group. I am a patient of theirs from a past visit. I contacted them on a long weekend for intractable tooth pain. Dr Wang went personally (after hours) to put in a script so I would not be in pain. The next morning he worked me in to their busy schedule to do the diagnostic study. He explained all my options and extracted the infected tooth. This team is a breath of fresh air in our busy lives. When you are their patient, they treat you as family. I have never been a huge fan of the dentist but Dr. Wang and his crew are awesome and make me feel so comfortable. I am always in and out, I am taking back for my appointment on time, and they are always so kind and accommodating. Last time I had to have a filling and it was so quick and painless. I was able to watch a TV show during the filling and it made the time go by so fast. I highly recommend Dr. Wang and crew and will continue to go to them for my dentistry needs for a very long time.

This was my first time and I absolutely love this dentist! They were very friendly and I was called in just 5-10 mins after I got there for my appointment. They did a great job on my cleaning and the dentist was very nice and explained everything I needed to know. I am now thinking of taking my kids there since Im looking for a pediatric dentist for my kids.

I was very pleased with our recent visit. We have always gone for routine care, and been very pleased with Dr Cortes and her staff. Today we had an emergency (my daughter fell, and had a slightly loose tooth) Dr Wang worked us into the schedule to have her evaluated on a few hours notice. Very appreciated!

Charged me $160 for a consultation only to tell me information they could have given me over the phone. Generally money hungry and seem to be out to make a profit rather than help patients.

Great visit.. You have the choice to accompany your child during their visit. All staff are gracious and welcoming. Toy machine at the end is a great plus!
