Ive been impressed with the quality care Ive received here from the dental assistants. All have been really friendly and do a good cleaning. But I have had concerns over whether or not the reception staff have any idea what they are doing. Ive come in three times with new insurance, marked that on the sign in sheet, and the staff simply mark off your name like they didnt even read it. Then, when you go up to inform them that you have new insurance, they scold you for not letting them know. Ive seen this happen to other patients as well. Nerveless, I was happy with my care here until the dentist wanted to do 7 fillings without any discussion with me about why that needed to be done and after I had been a regular patient for two years with all my previous exams coming up fine. I can only assume it was because I told him I regularly use sensitive toothpaste, but I had never had a dentist be concerned about it before. And then, when I went to schedule the fillings, I was told he could only do one at a time. I have NEVER been to a dentist and had them not be able to do multiple fillings at once. And to come into your office and have you poke me with needles and drill into my teeth seven times in two weeks is literal torture. NO THANK YOU! I got a second opinion at my previous dentist who I had only switched from because we moved and he was farther away. He was not concerned about my toothpaste use and could only find ONE filling that needed to be done AND he could do it without anesthetic because it was so shallow. I will not be returning to Aspen Dental. UPDATE 3/21/16: I have received a $118 bill from Aspen Dental from service a year ago claiming my insurance denied coverage. I have contact my insurance who says they never received a claim. I have been to their office 4 times to get my claim resubmitted, but for some reason they say the store managed has to deal with it to who they leave a note and say will get back to me. Its been in over a month without any resolution. Will continue to pester them until this gets fixed.

This is the first dentist Ive gone to as an adult. Seriously, I have put off dental work for around 7 years because I was worried about costs and finding a dentist who would listen and work with me. Ive heard mixed things about other aspen dental locations, but I had 4 impacted wisdom teeth that had become painful and figured Id at least come here for the free X-rays and consultation. From the first call to set up an appointment (spoke with a girl whos name started with a K I believe?) I was dealt with in such a friendly welcoming way, it seriously helped soothe any fears I had. The staff here is great!!! Bridgette went over Care Credit financing and broke down everything so clearly. She didnt make me feel dumb for asking questions and really made sure I understood what I was paying for and and what my options where, as well as providing printouts for me to look over. I had absolutely no idea financing like that existed and I cant express how grateful I am to have had her walk me through it. The surgeon was also very upfront about my risks and asked for my opinion on what I wanted done in a few "what if" scenarios, which I really liked. Healing was really painful in one extraction site due to its closeness to a nerve, but honestly, one out of four isnt bad. The other teeth had very little pain at all, and my face didnt even bruise. I called with a few questions a week after and spoke to Hannah who was super kind, contacted my doctor and called me back with answers very quickly. I really like this office and will absolutely be back for any future dental work.

Everyone was courteous. But they wouldnt do anything because they feared complications from my recent concussion. So they referred me to another dentist who could help. At least thats what they led me to believe. However, they didnt give me the x-rays before we left- they told me they could email them to the next place that they referred me to. Then I get a call from the referral place- Aspen doesnt email x-rays. So I had to go back to them to pick up my x-rays. When I got to the referral place, it was not explained to me that they were only there to pull teeth, not get a second opinion, not help with the other teeth problems. And that referral cost me $70, when I had already told Aspen I didnt want to pull any teeth. So all in all, Aspen didnt help me, but sent me without explanation to another dentist, wasted my money because I didnt want teeth pulled. They are really nice- just make sure you know exactly what you want and make sure they explain everything. And make them give you your x-rays before you leave because they wont email them to anyone.

The worst dentist Ive ever been to! The staff isnt fully aware of the services they offer. Ive been quoted 3 different prices, with the highest price first. The receptionist makes decisions without consulting anybody else! Customer service is horrible. I feel as if aspen only cares about getting your money. I didnt feel as if I was anything more, than a paying customer. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to the Easley South Carolina office, or any aspen dental for that matter. I went in the get a partial made. They werent able to give me what I wanted, which they told me they could. The partial was uncomfortable, and looked nothing like I imagined. As a result to make things better, they tried to fix my broken partial. The partial was repaired, but it was painful to wear, the tooth stuck out further than my other teeth, and it was a waste of money. After calling back to the office to get it re-fixed, the know it all receptionist, told me there wasnt anything they could do! So yeah, I wouldnt go to aspen dental in Easley, if they paid me!!

Absolutely Awful. An unorganized office, with amateur people working there. Assume your whole day gone if you have an appointment here. I made an appointment about a month earlier for an implant consultation. The reception on the phone even didnt know they didnt have an oral surgeon. When i visited the office, after 1 hour waiting to be called, they just noticed they cant give me any consultation in Easley office and they had to refer me to somewhere else in Greenville. However they offered me a free check up same day and I accepted. I was there sitting on the dentist room for almost 2 more hours waiting for a dentist to visit me, and I never visited anyone. Finally I left the office and all I got was my whole day gone without any dental work. Do not waste your time making Any kind of appointment. Count it as a Fast Food dentistry. Extremely unorganized, no respect to the patients, and unaware of anything related to your insurance.

I had been searching for a new dentist for a while when a couple of my friends told me about the good experience they had at the new Aspen Dental in Easley. Im happy to say that I had a very good experience there too! Everyone was so nice, but more importantly they did good work. Pros: 1. Friendly staff and doctor who are competent and honest about what you need and dont need. 2. Lower prices than any other dentist office Ive been to. 3. Free exam and x-rays is hard to beat. 4. It seems like they can do everything: hygiene, fillings, crowns, extractions, dentures, etc. Cons: 1. You have to pay up front for any work you need done, but it seems like theyre doing that at every dentists office now. And I can understand why they need to do that. Im sure the company has had patients in the past get something done and then just never pay.
