I went in to the office today September the 30, they did not want to do there jobs. I suffer from migraines and I am legally blind. they told me i had to fill out the basic paperwork to be come a new patient. I asked one of the staff to help me fill it out, because I have trouble seeing. they told me no and to bring some one in the next time. I live on my own I do everything on my own it is there job to help people who are disabled. I told them that I will be back with a lawyer, and they got another surprise coming when i get on the phone with the ADA American Disability act. So lets see how they act when they get shut down. the person who put me down for today should have told me that I need there paper work filled out. Not wait till i come in and than tell me, after 2 hours on the city bus.

I dont see how anyone can give this place more then the minimum star. There are about 3 people in the office that arent rude and nasty. The doctors dont listen and just give you whatever they feel like. Dr mathur tried to tell me I didnt have something I was diagnosed with over 10 years ago because he couldnt see signs of it because my medications actually works. He didnt even know that the medication I took for it was even for that medical problem. This place cares more for people in pain medications than they do people who legitimately need medical attention. I feel sorry for anyone who has to seek real medical attention from this place that doesnt know any better than to check up behind the doctors who seem to be uneducated about anything other than pain management.

My name is Conover and I recently had a stroke 2 months ago. Getting out of the hospital , Mrs. Jordan , the nurse practitioner came from the Doctors of Mathurs to my house to evaluate the severity of my condition. I think their medical care and knowledge is outstanding. Both doctors and the new nurse practitioner are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional , and can be a asset to the community. Id recommend them any day and any negative comments are completely unwarranted.

I`ve known both of these doctors for over 20+ years. They are always busy because they take Medicaid/Medicare & walk-ins. (AND THEY TRY TO SEE EVERYONE!) So they are always slammed. But they are extremely knowledgeable in Pediatrics & General Medicine. They care about their patients and follow you into hospitals & nursing homes, etc. People who don`t have scheduled appts shouldn`t complain about the wait, they should go to a hospital!! They are wonderful docs!!

Average rate time is actually two hours if youre seeing the male doctor of the duo. Request Dr. Uma Mathur. Thats the only way youll have a good experience. The office staff and nurses are awesome, thankfully. Bring your own antibacterial lotion, the soap is watered down and often not antibacterial.

I dont know where the first two people went, but I went in and they had just mopped the floors, and it was a clean professional visit. He was very thorough and indepth with my history, and took me off some of the extra medications he felt I no longer needed.

These drs prescribe schedule 2 narcotics to known drug addicts.Ever hear of a pill count?Or dont they have those in India?The State will hear about these quacks.
