At my apt today the service at the Winter Springs location was outstanding. Dianne (at the front desk) was great. Her greeting made me feel welcomed and "at home". I was quickly attended too ...well before my appointment time. The techs drawing blood were also very pleasant and courteous. I would highly recommend this place.

The people here are very nice, which is the only reason I did not give it one star. There is limited parking, and they are very very busy. They need more help at this location very badly! They were running so far behind this morning I had to leave.
