I been here since 855am my appt was at 915am they didnt call me in till 925am and this place wasnt even full there were 2 people when I got here then they told me my lab papers wasnt send now its 947am I dont get it, yeah the guy in the front is friendly but the lady drawing the blood is rude I only made an appt here because it was closed to me but Im done... Im here for over an hour now my papers were faxed over but I still have to wait its ridiculous

Ed at front check in is always so pleasant and makes my day with his smile . Most people coming here dont feel good its A breath of fresh air to see someone kind and compassionate . The staff who draw blood are always amazing too. Even though the wait is long at most times .. which its like that anywhere in Orlando really , this will always be my first choice of places to go. Kindness goes a long way.

Upon my visit many months ago, the front desk employee was very short and unpleasant on multiple occasions. The rest of the staff was nice. I hope that front desk employee has become more pleasant. Maybe he was having a horrible week. Who knows.....he just shouldnt take it out on others.

There is a very disrespectful lady on staff...I would suggest going to another location.I will not be sending my patients to this location anymore. Quest diagnostics is a disappointment.
