Bizarre experience. I went to have a test done on a Friday and at the desk I asked for the results to be faxed to my doctor and be emailed to me as they had done before. Lady who filled out my chart also took my blood. Then after she said "Ill call you on Monday with the results." I said just fax them to my doctor and email them to me. She said "well, I didnt write down your email address and I cant do it right now because I have to help these other people." I said well you have my email from last time. Again she said shed call me with results. (Obviously, I wanted a copy I could examine and save for my records.) So I told her I would give her my email when she called. 11 days later and no call. So I just called and the same lady answered and told me she could not email the results because I didnt fill out some release form. I pointed out to her she said she would call and didnt. She said she cant give me the results over the phone either and could only fax them to my doctor. I should also mention that I never signed ANYTHING except my credit card receipt! Ridiculous to think that blood drawn from MY body, by MY choice and analyzed with MY money and I AM NOT ALLOWED ACCESS TO IT?!?!

The Truth

Today,I experienced one of the most terrible forms of rudeness to a patron by the Office manager of this facility. Lindsey is her name and she treated this black women and her two children like they were nothing. She displayed an extreme form of discrimination and rudeness. The nice lady just was letting them know that the Kerug machine was low on water. She talked to her like she was a toddler. The lady expressed how she displeased with Lindseys tone and then walked away. Lindsey then bumped into a lifter and the lady made a comment rather is was directed to the Office Manager I am not sure did seem like it was and she then told her to get out she could not have anything in the office. She asked to speak with her boss and Lindsey did not want to give her the information. She asked the lady to leave and she did and Lindsey just watched her like she had a person problem with the lady. Lindsey needs to be fired or demoted she makes this office look very racist and its disgusting.

The experience was interesting, to say the least. Normally, testing is held in confidence, however the lady working began to talk nonstop about both parties, my family included, being there for the same testing type. She then, started treating the situation as a GROUP exercise and by then...everyone knew each others business. My family and I were fine with the overall predicament since we were only there for insurance purposes and legal documents, but the fellow "party" became obviously uncomfortable. *chuckles* I thought that the people visiting such establishments were the additive that made these places "ghetto"- it never dawned on me that it could, in fact be the workers!

I highly recommend this location to get any lab work you need done! I have witnessed countless happy patients walk in and out of this establishment. Ms. Lyndsay and Ms. Stefanie are the best at what they do and they are extremely professional. This is a positive atmosphere for internship students and patients of all ages. I can see myself coming back every time I need something done. Doctor Z has made and is continuing to make great decisions with his business. May your business continue to flourish and thank you guys for having me!

Ive always had great experiences here until now. The new office manager is extremely rude to customers and other employees. I recently witnessed her being very nasty to a coworker with no regard to the fact that there were customers seeing and hearing it all. Definitely not an environment I want to be in or a company I want to give my money to.

Very Poor experience. The Dr is never there. To keep cost down they use students with little experience to draw blood and they dont supervise. Needed a simple calcium lab and they messes it up. When I asked for my money back they refused. Dr. Want call me back. I recommend going somewhere else to get a lab test.
