In todays world customer service expectations are typically pretty low. However ARCpoint Labs really puts a smile on your face and makes a mundane boring chore a pleasure to deal with (well, at least as bearable as it could be). Within minutes of emailing Jody I had a phone call from Jessica at their office. Come to find out Jody was out of the office and is still on the email and able to accommodate our needs. We are a small company and provide very little business to ARCPoint, but they still treat us with the utmost respect and a sense of urgency and pride in their work that is quite refreshing.

Fabulous customer service! I have been very impressed with ARCpoints service thus far in regards to my questions about drug screening, background checks and policies and procedures that I am unfamiliar with. Any request that I have they quickly get me a resolution or answer to my problem and I am very grateful for their expertise in an area in which I am unfamiliar. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to improve their pre-employment screening process!

I arrived 5 min before their opening time and wasnt even let into the waiting room until almost 9:00, well after they were supposed to open. I was told they were having a staff meeting. Its another 15 minutes before Im called back. I was the only one there and it took 45 minutes for a 2 minute drug screening. The staff was friendly (not the manager), and theyre the only reason I give it 2 stars instead of 1.
