I was "greeted" by a gentleman named Henry A. I noticed that the office was quite crowded, so I inquired about the possibility of running to grab some food and returning afterward. Henry told me that they closed at 11am, so make sure I wasnt late returning. Upon my return at 10:45, Henry told me that they werent seeing any more patients. He went on to tell two more customers the same thing (both of whom showed up before 11am). Henry ended up taking my paperwork since I had signed in, but turned away the other two (Young ladies w/ small children). Henry had a bad attitude and was rude to everyone I saw him interact with. The only reason I gave one (1) star was that the nurses were good at their jobs and very friendly. I dont want to see anyone lose their job (including Henry) so Id strongly urge someone in upper management provide Henry with some additional training and help with managing his stress/anger while at work. If Quest Diagnostics has a policy of not taking patients after a certain time, it should be posted clearly in the office and on their website. I dont see it documented anywhere, this leads me to believe this a rogue policy created by an/a employee(s), so they can make sure they get home sooner. I went to school for business management and its clear to me that there is a lack of training and proper management within this company and this location in particular. Allen C.

Terrible service. I go here to get a blood test they wont take appointments, go home make an appointment, for a place that takes walk ins I cannot get an appointment in less than 3 weeks FINALLY get in the office 3 1/2 weeks later only to be screamed at by the front desk that my appointment has been canceled for being 18min late. It was a 3hr glucose Test, Im pregnant, and was required to fast. So your nasty and rude staff made me sit and wait another 1 1/2 hrs to start a 3hr test. NOWHERE in this office or on your website does it say "dont bother coming if your 10min late". With pregnancy and diabetic related problems it was not only rude, but incredibly cruel and damaging to my health to let my sugardrop so low before even beginning the test. Not my first time there. it is the most disgusting office Ive ever seen. Use the restrooms at 830am and they are covered with human urin an extrament. Terrible service, and disrespectful staff.

Had again a bad experience that made me cry at the North Alafaya Quest Diagnostic in Orlando. The ladies from front desk always have a bad attitude and from what it looks like they only want to make jokes and have fun. But when it comes to patients they are not sensible and kind. This time my bad experience was with Andrea.( African American lady from front desk, 2nd cubicle) She was not professional, treated me rude, and got upset because she said I had to pay for the lab and I told her that I have been to so many doctors and even that same lab that I know I met my out of pocket and I do not have to pay for anything. I have been going through a lot of health issues and her rudeness and attitude made me cry and my day worse. Sadly to say but Quest Diagnostics from North Alafaya trail will be losing me as a customer because of her customer service.

The front part of this office was great! Very fast and efficient. Very pleasant to deal with. However, the phlebotomist, Karen, was less than professional in my opinion. She poked me in my left arm and it hit a nerve, shooting a burning pain down my arm into my thumb. It brought tears to my eyes. I told her that it had hit a nerve, and as she is pulling the needle out her reply was "it happens". When I was describing the type of pain it was to her, she said a very impatient "Ok" to me. Then as she is drawing blood out of my other arm, she lets part of a laugh escape her lips! A little compassion, caring, something would have been appreciated. Someone with pneumonia does not feel good to start with, but having to deal with being a patient of someone that seems not to care....not good.

Was skeptical due to some of the bad reviews. Made an appointment online same day, one and a half hours before the appt time. Arrived 20 minutes early, signed in with a few people before me (without an appt time), and was called back quickly. Sat in a cubicle with nobody there, but the guy who called me back informed me someone would be with me shortly, and as soon as he was free he helped me out to put my blood work order in. I sat for maybe 5 to 10 minutes until I was called back and noticed my appt time was marked. Once the lady, who did my blood work, had her station set up she had me come into the room. She was super nice and did a fast job! (I HATE needles) All in all, left Quest by my scheduled appointment time, 12:15pm.

If you are coming try to avoid the heavy set gal at the front desk who greets you! She is in need of some heavy training or heavy coaching, since she is the first impression of the office. The truly sad part is everyone else is extremely nice and respectful. When you show up be prepared for the abrasive and rude appointment clerk. She will automatically tell you your appointment is null and void without hearing a peep. Then she will tell you that you need your paperwork before coming in. Either way, just smile and say OK... Then miraculously your appointment goes into the system and your called. Again, stomach the front heavy set women and the rest is great.

Rude and unprofessional staff... when the technician asked if my information was correct I stated it wasnt. Her reply was "well thats what the employer put" when fact of the matter was; the other technician entered the incorrect information not my future employer. She asked 4x how to spell my name I told her "KristIn" not "Kristen", she deletes my entire name and enters just "in"... she got frustrated and pushed the keyboard toward me to just type it in myself. The people that work there should really rethink their career path; if you dont want to deal with people then youre in the wrong place.

First review... Quest lost/mislabeled my drug screen samples not once, not twice, but THREE times on three separate occasions. First time: fathers name instead of my name. Second time: just flat out lost it. Third time: swapped with some random person. These three mistakes occurred approximately yearly over 3 years and embarrassed me while delaying job transitions within my company. To top it all off, they blatantly ignored the phone every time I attempted to correct their mistakes. Very unprofessional. Ive given up dealing with them and will request another company for future drug screens.

I arrived at this location at 5:30, which is 30 minutes before they close, so keep that in mind. There were two employees on staff, probably a result of it being so late in the day. I didnt have an appointment, but there were no other customers (probably also a result of it being so late) so my blood work was completed quickly. I didnt feel afraid, or in the wrong hands. My only real complaint is that the staff was hard to understand, and seemed annoyed when I had to ask them for clarification. Id go back.
