I suspect their billing department is a fraud. My OB send my bloodwork to them for regular prenatal testing. The tests I did were clearly listed by the Affordable Care Act as preventive and should be covered by insurance without cost-sharing. Turns out they submitted the claim using incorrect codes so my insurance cannot recognize the tests and did not cover them at all. When we inquired, the person from their billing dept told my insurance rep that they will re-submit a correct one. After three weeks, insurance never received the new claim. When we called again the person from their billing dept told us there were no new claim made as if the conversation never happened. My insurance rep did have a note from the last call that Labcorp confirmed they will re-file a claim using the correct codes. Not sure what these billing persons are doing. But lying is not acceptable. This is not the first time my ob sent bloodwork to them and each time there would be mistakes/issues.

Medically incompetent.. Went there for a blood test for my wife. And while the person who took her blood was rude and obnoxious.. When we came out. My wifes arm was bleeding. Where the blood was drawn out. The cotton bandage is soaked in blood... Took a screenshot. Its past 5pm so Im just going to a Walgreens nearby my house so they can check. Im not joking. Her cotton bandage is soaked in blood and is now coming out at her sides.......

My wife went for blood work that the doctor said needed to be STAT. My wife made an appointment for 9 and it still took them 40 minutes to see her. Then when she left they said they would call the doctor with results within 4 hours. They never sent my results. At 4:45 she called to see what was going on, they wouldnt tell her anything. We will never be returning!

Very slow. Only one person there to check everyone in and run insurance, then she had to go back and put on gloves and gown to start running tests. We waited 45 minutes before we were called back.

Slow!! Made me wait over 30 min when I had an appointment & took others without them before me. Didnt enter me into the system until 25 min after I was there
