I just recently used ArcPoint Labs for a Doggie DNA test for my dog, Baylor. Niki performed the test on Baylor and she was extremely gentle and lovable towards him which made me feel very comfortable and at ease with ArcPoints services. I finally got my results yesterday! The report was very professional and something like I had never seen. I feel very confident in the results and what they were able to produce during the lab work. Aside for Doggie DNA testing, I have worked with Jason on several other occasions. He is very focused on his business. He is reliable, giving, and tenacious. I would recommend ArcPoint labs for anyone. You will never have to wait in line and you will receive wonderful customer service!
