I wish I could give this place a "0". I have had to come here twice recently for separate things. Both times I was NOT GREETED. This is a health care facility that is open for walk and appointment patients. They act as if you are a burden on them. When I came it at 7:30 am this morning, I stood at the front desk for 2 minutes before the lady standing there said something to me, much less looked at me. As I stand there after signing in and holding my paper, she says "oh youre going to have to sit down, theres a lot of people ahead of you". There were 3 people. The lady did not have her computer even turned on. The staff here obviously can not multi task, which should be mandatory considering what LabCorp is. They have a very rude demeanor here towards patients. I would really like to call corporate on them.

I put one star because that was the lowest option possible. The receptionist spoke to two other people when they came in but just told me to have seat after signing the clipboard. She let me stand there about 1 minute when she couldve given me instructions when I immediately walked in. Her demeanor was very abrasive and she was extremely rude. Her name is Angela and I am in no way ever out to get someone or make their life harder, but in order to deal with the public you have to be fair and hospitable. I hate this location and I will not be returning. I wont even mention my drug screening started at 12:10 when I signed in before 11:30.

I dont understand why they schedule appointments for 4:00 pm if they are going to stop drug screens and refuse to take you at 4:01. Absolutely infuriating how places like this have no problem with making you wait hours, but then when you show up even a single minute late it is an inexcusable offense. The woman at the front desk wasnt even polite about it. When I told her why I was there, all she could muster up was, "Not until Monday." I explained I had an appointment and she said I should have been prompt in getting there, so I promptly left and will gladly never return.

I have never in my life met anyone as incompetent and rude as I have at LabCorp. The lady in the front needs a reality check. You dont talk to someone however you please. Told me that I could not take my drug test because I have my baby with me but I could leave him out front and if something happens to my baby then its not on them. I get the reason why I cant take my baby back there but you dont tell somebody they can just leave their baby out in the lobby. Very unprofessional.

Staff was very rude. I had to go for a drug screen for nursing school. I have only completed one other drug test so this is something very new to me. The front desk lady put off a rude demeanor and so did the collector. Overall, it was a rough experience and I hope I never have to go back.

RUDE! Did not use proper chain of comand for a failed drug screen do to prescribed medicine, ended up in wrongful termination which took almost 2 weeks for them to correct the problem so I could get my job back. Absolutely ridiculous, and did I say rude yeah very rude!

Outrageous wait times. Always seems to be severely understaffed. Sat there for 45 minutes and no one was called back during that time. Save yourself some time and take the drive to the Irmo location.
