I have been to many quest centers in North east due to my insurance. This so far is really low on my rating. Waiting for 45 minutes no with fasting with no idea how long it will take. I see so far only one person managing this place and doesnt seem like she has a grip the turn around time. It is taking her over half an hour to complete collection for 2 patients. This place needs more staff and efficient managing of patients time. Update: walked out of here after waiting for 2 hours while fasting. There was no communication by the staff on how long I would have to wait further. Never going here again.

My family & I were here Dec 2 to get biometric screeenings. It took a lil patience as we waited about 45mins or so before we were seen, but Great service from Ms Dianne. Its best to make an appointment. We were walk-ins which contributed to our wait time. Overall, good place.

Got here right at opening and the one door was still locked and another patient and I had to find the other door that was unlocked. The tech kept complaining that it was just her and she had a headache. Ended up waiting wellnover an hour to be seen. Would NOT recommend

In all my days Ive never seen a lab so clean. Staff was friendly and very professional. There was a "small" wait but well worth it for a courteous professional atmosphere. I have suggested this office for my entire staff!

Forget this place..inefficient..less then helpful.. technology is a foreign language. The one bright light was the friendly technician on duty who did her best in light of an utterly antiquated and understaffed facility.

Extremely friendly and professional staff. The facility is clean and well kept. Wait time wasnt long and the technician made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would most definitely recommend this location.

Mrs. Diane was absolutely amazing!!! Before I couldnt finishing signing in she was already calling me to be seen. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She made my trip very enjoyable!!

Horrible - way understaffed only one person doing it all in the office, receptionist and service provider. Wait times are ridiculous.
