I had an appointment for 11:15. I got there at 11. I wasnt taken back or even SPOKEN TO until 12:30. Preface, I was going for a pre employment drug screening so by that time my bladder was about to BURST. I give them my sample and then what do ya know... They were out of the proper paperwork to seal it with! So one of the workers had to drive all the way from the Merritt island to the rockledge facility and back to get some labels. They are dropped off in my room and then about 10 minutes later while Im standing in the hall someone asks me who is helping me. I describe the woman who took my sample because she never gave me her name and she runs and gets her for me. I am THEN out of there in minutes. I dont know if they are low on staff or if he staff if just ignorant but it shouldnt have taken me 2.5 hours WITH AN APPOINTMENT.

The visit was very good, however, I had a question and called and sat on the phone with the very long recording. It stated "your call is very important to us and you may leave a call back # with message at end of recording." I waited until the end and it said "sorry mail box full." I called at 9am so it goes to show no one listens to messages nor probably even answers messages. You can never get a LIVE person on the phone which is so frustrating. The interior services are fine but if never inside the phone situation is not pleasant and it goes to show " the calls certainly must not be important to them as stated."

Couldnt have been happier with the experience. I made an appointment and showed up about 20 min early just in case. With my lab orders, license and insurance card, the receptionist entered it all within a few minutes and by my appointment time I was already signed in and meeting with the phlebotomist. She was very friendly and even though it was a large array of tests, she handle the needle expertly and got me in and out within minutes. Great experience and highly recommend!

Employees are not very professional. Customer service makes all the difference, especially in the health care field. I was concerned that these folks would be drawing my blood, but did not want to leave after waiting 35 minutes for an appointment I previously scheduled. Management needs to pay this location a visit.

I had an appointment at Quest this week for routine lab work. I checked in on the computer at the desk. I was walking out the door within 20 minutes of my scheduled time. Everyone was friendly and professional. Carol the tech that took care of me was almost painless and I hate needles!

To the previous reviewers, If you found this website, then all you need to do is to set up an appointment on-line. I have done this numerous times and my wait for blood work is normally less than 5 minutes. This office has been the best Ive gone to.

Tried using automated phone services. After having difficulty calling 4 times! The last call had me on for 10 minutes and almost done when i was cut off! Cheap company wont pay for real live phone help! Im angry. Good luck calling

These people have zero customer skills and have no clue whats going on. Set a 9:00 am appointment online and show up early like most people do and after sitting for 45 min after our time they finally see us. What a joke!

Closes early. Does staff meetings during operation hours. Very unreliable, not a quality desirable for a lab. If you need any services done, odds are in your favor somewhere else.

I have never been able to reach a human on the phone. More than half the times I have called, the call goes to voicemail which the voice announces as full. IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!
