Millie and Penny were very professional. I must say I was disappointed in the way they were treated by the patients. People need to realize that those with appointments are taken first. ( I didnt make an appointment. ) I knew that I was going to have to wait. The more people complain the longer the wait time! Let them do there job without the extra headache of the constant interruptions of is it my turn yet? Thank you ladies for all you do! Ill keep returning to you for all my lab needs.

Worst staff ever. There were at least ten people waiting . One lady had diabetes and could not eat because she had to give blood. She almost past out she got there at 8 and didnt get her blood done until 945 . I got there at 810 and didnt get my pee test till 1015 the lady with short red hair didnt even sigh my specimen bag it gets me sick that there were all these people waiting and these lady were talking about lunch instead of waiting on people fire there assessment

We have had at least 10 lab tests run at the Merritt Island and Titusville locations. Even though we scheduled appointments ahead of time we still ended up waiting at least 30 minutes even when there are very few people waiting. Also, they have run the incorrect tests on multiple occasions requiring additional visits. The front desk staff are always grumpy and unpleasant. The facilities seem dirty. If you have an alternative choice for lab tests - use them.

They were very pleasant, all with smiling faces and worked real fast to get me in and out. I was there no longer than 15 minutes. Probably wouldve been a shorter time but i was a bit nervous about the needle which I dont like at all. But the nurse who drew the blood worked fast and was great at distracting me so I wouldnt be too afraid of the needle. Im from New York n its busy 24/7 so this is a big difference with the waiting time.

I had a routine fasting blood test today. Penny drew my blood. I never felt a thing. I hate needles so that was awesome. The staff was really friendly. I drove from Port Saint John and it was worth is. Merritt Island is where I am going from now on. Thanks Penny.

We travel out of our way to go to this Lab....the ladys at this Lab Corp are VERY ATTENTIVE....TRULY CARE ...Even though you can see at times they are short handed they treat you like HUMAN"S...and take care of you !!!!

This place is always my go to. In and Out quickly and always very friendly. Went in at 7:49 this morning and was out at 7:58. Less than 10 mins! Ill always come back to this place for my testing.
