Great location, staff was very professional and friendly. Handled an irate customer with much professionalism. The Physician was very knowledgeable and we did not spend nearly as much time waiting as we would have in our regular Doctors office.....and it was much cheaper!!!! Other than the fact that someone obviously had gotten sick and the staff cleaned up well prior to our arrival, rthe lobby did smell a bit.

I had a very good experience at Piedmont East. I was seen in a timely manner and was treated with total respect by everyone there including Dr. Steven Smith. They took X-Rays and evaluated my problem and wasted no time in prescribing medication and treatment. I will definitely return to Piedmont East should the need arise.
