Wow I go in there on 8/21/15 just to see if theres any open appointments whats they were very busy so they were not which is understandable but when I asked if I can just make an appointment for next week they tell me theyre too busy to help me and cant even take a few seconds just to look for me and to email or call a # . The old lady behind her started giggling is works there BTW

I went to have blood work and Unfortunately had bad experience with the Nurse o r blood sucker Brenda this woman was in a freaking stress mood or in divorce ,rude remember that we are paying your salary but no customer services at all this kind of people like her kills businesses she shouldnt be working there thats what I think.

I had such a great experience. Henry was very nice, professional, and informative. He drew my blood perfectly. No countdown, no stress, no pain. I was in and out in a few minutes. I didnt even have an appointment. I recommend this location.

Excellent experience... was in and out in no time at all, even with a long line and no appointment. My experiences at this lab have been much better than the lab on Alafaya or the one downtown by the hispitzl.

Horrible.. The wait time is ridiculous.. I took my toddler here and he was screaming cause he was hungry and were there for like 3 hours. They only have 1 phlebotomist.. Very aggravated

The longest wait I have ever seen at a lab. No one at front desk and the staff you do try to talk to are uncaring .... Over a 2 hour wait for routine labs
