The appointment set up is a joke. Cant get a human and as always these aitomated pains in the ass never understand you. Is asking too much to pay a human to set appointments? From reaading reviews after it clearly would be easier and FASTER to just walk in. I saw everyone saying 15 minutes and done. I spent over that trying yo make an appointment and it still does not know my name.

This is the most efficient operation I have ever seen. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Julio was my lab tech. He was very personable and informative. Very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. I love the automated front desk process. This is a very well managed operation.
