Trying to make an appointment on the internet has not been possible for several days. When you click on reason for appointment, it directs you only to foreign countries. The website is broken. If you try to make an appointment by calling the toll free #, it would take you about 10 minutes and you cant ask any pertinent questions. I actually drove to the center and was told that they were too busy to schedule an appointment and to call back later only to get a busy signal. I got the busy signal because the attendant behind the desk had shut off the phone # that is published. I learned this as I returned to the center to see if i could schedule. I told the girl that I had been calling for over an hour and she had the pleasure to tell me that the phone was off because they were shorthanded. There are several other facilities in our area other than Quest. Save yourself some time and aggravation by using these facilities.

I went to get blood work here and had a really terrible experience. The only positive thing was that I was able to get in and out in about 10 minutes. They were very prompt. However, my experience with the lab tech completely ruined my experience at this location. Ive been at several Quest locations, and the bedside manner of the lab techs has been great. I bring a smoothie along with me because I tend to get lightheaded. The lab tech (her name is Natalie) was extremely dismissive, didnt answer my questions, and was rude and cut me off when I was asking about when I could drink my smoothie. She stuck my arm without giving me warning, and was really terse in telling me to hold the cotton ball that stopped the flow of my gushing vein. There is no need to be rude, especially early in the morning when Im getting vials of blood drawn, needles stuck in my arm, and Im prone to dizziness. Terrible bedside manner.

There was a line-up outside the door when I arrived at 6:50am on a Monday. Four people were ahead of me. I did not have an appointment. The doors opened exactly at 7. The facility was clean and orderly. I wrote down my name and was called to a second waiting area in about 5 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional. After another 5 minutes or so, I was called in by the phlebotomist, who was very friendly. The phlebotomist opened and prepared a new needle in front of me. She had no trouble drawing from me (though my veins are hard to miss). She had me confirm that my name was correct on the labels on each of my vials. I was finished by about 7:20.

My doctors office told me I should make an appointment for a fasting blood test. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. I tried about seven locations and no-one answered the phone - all during working hours. Tried to leave voice mail so someone could call me back but the voice mail was full. A toll-free number was provided to call and it was a crazy scheme number. I tried making an appointment online but got stuck for an appointment tomorrow which I could not cancel and this, too, is part of the reason Ive tried to call back. I am reallly hesitant to make an appointment if this is the way they conduct business.

Only writing this because Ive seen so many bad reviews. I cant speak for everyone here, But from what I saw- If you make an appointment, show up on time, and show up with the right documents you will be fine. I had an efficient and routine experience. There were a few people in there who did not show on time, who showed up to the wrong place or brought the wrong paperwork and they had a rough time, but how is that Quests fault?

Excellent! I hardly ever write reviews here but after seeing all the negative reviews and considering the extremely positive experience I had, I had to write about it. There is nothing wrong and everything right about the Quest on 426 in Oviedo. From making the appointment online to to hardly a wait to checking in and then being treated, it was top-notch!

The service is extremely slow. I had an appointment at 12:15pm for routine blood work. I was finally seen an hour later. There were individuals whom walked in after me received more immediate attention. Overall, this place I would not recommend
