I wish I could rate the dentist but since I never saw one that is impossible. I scheduled an appointment to work on a broken tooth. At that time I gave them all of my info including insurance. I was initially scheduled for 3:30pm. The next morning I get a call to confirm and was that asked if I could reschedule for 3pm I was asked once again for all of my info. Why don’t they already have it? Two hours later I am called again to confirm the appointment and once again asked for all my info. This time I explained that I had already given it twice and if they don’t have it now, they never will. Arrived on time with all of the paperwork they required completed. They took me immediately for x-rays. This part went moderately well but he had to leave the room 3 times to get standard equipment that should have been there already. After the x-ray I was shown to an exam room. I waited 15 minutes for a hygienist to do a periodontal exam which went well. I was told the dentist would be with me shortly. 45 minutes later and no sign of the dentist I tell the person that did the x-ray that I would not wait much longer. He told me he would check on it. 10 minutes later he walks by and just ignores me. 5 minutes later I start to walk out. It has now been an hour since I was told the dentist would be with me shortly. As I approach the door the same person intercepts me and asks if I am leaving. I explain that I have waited for an hour and that my time is just as valuable as the dentists and if they don’t respect that I would find another dentist. He asks if I would like to speak with the office manager. I agree if only to find out how much I owe. Waited another 5 minutes and was told the manager didn’t have time to talk with me but there would be no charge. Why on earth did they move the appointment up if they were already that booked? It is now the next day. I have waited, curious if someone from the clinic would contact me. As expected by the level of respect they showed me in person I have heard nothing. I have already contacted my insurance company to make sure that when they submit a bill, and I have no doubt they will, it will not be paid. If they want money for the lack of service they provided they will need to come to me to get it.

I have recently visited Aspen Dental for a few appointments with my grandma. The front office staff was so polite and explained any questions I had regarding her insurance policy. The assistant that took the x-rays, Ashley, was so friendly and warm. My grandmother had a bad experience with gagging on xrays in the past, but Ashley made it seem like a breeze. Dr Das is very gentle and thoroughly explained the next step and what we should expect. She needed to have a few teeth extracted and a denture made. The second visit was just as pleasant as the first. We got to see our favorite assistant again, as she was the one to take the impressions needed to make the dentures. She was so delicate and explained what was happening and coached my grandmother through the whole visit. She is so sweet and kept us laughing, which makes the visits much more comfortable. The next visit was for the extraction, I have to admit, before arriving my grandmother was a bit nervous, but the office staff has a wonderful way of putting us at ease every time we walk through the door. Ashley helped my grandmother through the entire extraction, she even held my grandmas hand during the numbing process. Before we knew it, the extractions were over and my grandma was sent home with a beautiful new smile. The lab tech, Lauren, even came in to see how it fit and to make sure it was perfect. Grandma has another appointment next week for a few minor adjustments, and she is excited to see the staff again. Thank you Aspen Dental for making this an easy process for my grandmother. You guys are the best!

I had an appointment at Aspen dental and when I got there I was told that I didnt have an appointment. I showed them the text message Ive gotten confirming my appointment. They still insisted that I didnt have an appointment. After several minutes of discussing this I left there upset. I called their customer satisfaction number because this was not the first time theyve done this to me. So they called Aspen for me with me on the phone and after they spoke then they told me I could go in. Funny how after speaking to the customer satisfaction people, they told me to come back. They took x-rays of my teeth and was told I needed a root canal which they dont do there so I had to go to an endodontic. I went back to Aspen a couple of weeks later for my temporary crown. My appointment was for 3 oclock but the dentist didnt come to see me in my room until 5 oclock! I didnt leave there until almost 7 oclock almost 4 hours! Thats ridiculous! I found out from one of the staff that the dentist took someone else before me when I was supposed to be next. I was so upset. The dentist didnt put in my temporary crown. She let her assistant do it and it wasnt done right. It broke in my mouth and the dentist had to come in to fix it. Then she told me that If it breaks to give them a call. Well guess what? It broke! So now I have to go back to that awful place to get it fixed! I hate going there! After they finish my crown I will not be returning there. I already paid for it. They also overcharge. It cost me $1045 to get this crown. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent experience all the way!!! I had the unfortunate experience of having the hospital operating room lose my dentures during recent surgery. I called around to various dentists and facilities and they all told me that it was 3 weeks minimum to get a set of sentries made. I called Aspen and they told me they could work with me and get them done by the weekend. I went in for my 1st appointment at 2:45 on Wednesday and then had impressions done at 4:00 the same day. Went back the following day for a Wax fitting and a look at what the final product would be. By Friday at noon I had my new dentures and they re beautiful. I have a small church and have to preach this morning (Sunday) and had it not been for Aspen I would have been preaching without teeth. Not something anyone would want to see. The team at Aspen worked flawlessly together to assure that not a step was missed and not an appointment was less than perfect. I would never hesitate to recommend the Zephyrhills Aspen to anyone who asks.

My experience at Aspen has been a good one. I was treated for the majority of the time in NY and am receiving my final set of dentures here in Florida. They staff was very helpful and friendly. Although my partial broke twice, they were expedient in repairing it the first time and then replaced it the second time while I waited. During the time of my treatment, my mom passed over and the staff in Kingston, NY was very sympathetic and even theropudic toward me as I waited for my partial to be made. I have had an excellent experience so far at the Zephyrhills, FL office and am very excited about receiving my bottom partial tomorrow and my top plate on Tuesday. At both offices, I was treated in a polite, professional and caring manor.
