I took my son to bristol pediatric dentistry in may and dr. Pillion and his entire staff was rude, unprofessional and overall a terrible experience from start to finish. Go somewhere else especially if your childs first visit to dentist. Dr. Pillion cares more about his designer jeans than the childs anxious mother. I will tell everyone if you have a small child and its their first visit do not take them there. The staff never gave me any updates on my 2 year old and they will not allow you back there. PLEASE JUST GO ELSEWHERE

My son had an appointment today at 9, waited 20 minutes. When it was finally his turn i was informed that I could not accompany my 2 year old to the room. When my husband and I had the consult 6 months ago we were NOT informed that parents were allowed back. So a hygenist took my screaming 2 year old away for treatment. I expressed my concerns for the lack of information when he was done. "Its the dentists policy for no parents in the room" is what I was told. We wont be back.

Great place to bring your kids. My daughter has always had problems with her teeth but Pillion & Smith know what they are doing and know how to make her feel comfortable. They are the only one that I can and/or would take her to.
