I am glad that other people have the same opinion of this place. My experiences there have been bad. Ive been there twice with my child and each time there were so many people in the lobby that there was no place to sit and some of the kids there had to sit on the floor. When I complained to the receptionist, she said that she would get me a chair (in what appeared to be a rather snide manner). I simply will not tolerate being talked down to by someone who is paid to serve me. I tried to explain to her that getting me a chair was not the issue. Rather, the issue was that they appeared to have so little regard for all of their patients that they could not provide adequate facilities and that it appeared they were overbooking appointments. I consider this to be poor customer service and a lack of regard and concern for the patient. Also, the dentist would not allow me to be in the exam room with my child. I will not bring my child to this place again. I actually went there one time for myself because I had a painful condition involving two teeth. Because I told the receptionist that I had "A" sore tooth the hygenist and dentist refused to look at more than one tooth and said that anything else was not in their schedule. I actually had to argue with them before they would do anything else, and they didnt do much else. Ive never imagined any sort of healthcare professional refusing to provide patient care, but I think Ive experienced it here. I will not go back and I certainly will not bring my child back there.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Started going to this dentist about 1 yr ago. I needed a few cavities and a couple of crowns, all with a pretty hefty bill. I used up the allowance on my insurance and had one visit left, a route cleaning. They told me that I had periodontal gum disease and showed me all of these terrible pictures of people with the disease and if I do not treat it right away I will loose my teeth. I became frantic, the plan to treat the disease was going to cost me about $300/mo because I had used up all of my insurance benefits. I left the office in tears. The dental hygienist proceeded to call me every other day for 2 weeks persisting that I come into the location and get it taken care of ASAP or I could start loosing my teeth! Im only 24 years old and keep very good care of my teeth and was in complete shock that I had this disease and they had not caught it within the year i was going there!? I went to another dentist to get a second opinion and she said I had absolutely no periodontal disease at all! The previous review was very accurate that they are the used car salesmans of the dentist industry. DO NOT GO!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS "DENTIST." They told my wife that they could fix her current lower partial if she purchased a new on from them. They ruined it and left her with no partial for seven weeks. During that time they had "mis-coded" the partial to a code that my insurance would not pay on, leaving me with $770 bill. When asked about it, we were told that they would not recode the work until she accepted the partial. When the partial arrived, it was horrible. They reworked it and basically forced her to accept it. So here we are; still with no teeth. I am going to have to take her to another dentist, on my dime and try to get this fixed properly. This office is not run by a dentist, but is run by an office manager who does not care about patients, only the bottom line.

Awful experience. I was warned not to go there as this place has a bad reputation for trying their hardest to "up-sell". I decided to give them a try anyway - what a huge mistake. I received my initial checkup and x-rays without any issue. They remarked that I have solid dental hygiene (no cavities either) but would not give me a regular cleaning without first paying hundreds of dollars (not covered by insurance) to get a special service to prevent any bone loss - or so made up story along those lines - pure fabrication. What a terrible racket - total lack of integrity. Needless to say we will not return.

If I could give this place less than one star I would, terrible experience. They are just out to get your money and I hope this review helps someone else like me who worries about going to the dentist in general. They told me I needed way more than I did and stupidly, after I paid for it and got the work done, I thought I was on a better path, only to go back six months later for a check up and they said I needed a special $400 cleaning. This place is TERRIBLE - DO NOT go here!!!

My son had chipped his tooth. We went in expecting them to fix it but he came out at the end of the appt. and they said they were just doing a cleaning...?! We had to schedule another appt. to actually fix the tooth. We scheduled the date (the day after his birthday which is easy to remember). We went in and they had put the appointment in wrong and said it was a different day so we have to come back in again. Well be going to a different dentist after this experience.

I have been using this office for over 2 years now and I cant understand why so many people bad mouth them. They have been nothing but honest and fair the entire time. Just yesterday i had severe pain and they sqweezed me in right away and took care of the problem. I think people just dont like dentists and then get mad when they havent taken care of their teeth and now have to pay for the years of neglect. The staff is professional and always friendly.

I went there 3 month ago the dentist was told me I had the gum problem and need deep cleaning with my insurance it cost me $ 800 , and they want me start treat my gum it will cost me another $ 7000 with my insurance , the manager start to told me and my husband if I dont got treat it , It will cost the heart problem then after I fix my gum they want me start to do implant and that will go over $ 40,000 , This place is a joke do not go there !!

My husband and I visited the Fish Hawk office several times and expierenced excellent service. Thanks to the service staff. Dr. Robyn Gagnon and her assistant Nakiah Alvarado. These two make an awesome team, working together for the best solution and practices for the patient. Processes are explained in detail where you know exactly what to expect once your in their hands. Thank You Fish Hawk staff you Rock .!!!

RUN AWAY NOW! They are very slow at seeing patients. They are will charge the living CRAP out of your insurance. A regular cleaning and a xray... and they wanted nearly $300 (with insurance) when my old dentist charges me $50 for BOTH! Also, the front desk people are rude. They are very pushy and not nice. BAD SERVICE. BAD QUALITY. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY NOT THE SATISFACTION OF DOING WELL.
