This place is horrible! They over charge and are just out for the money! They never answer the phone. It took someone 15 mins to even acknowledge I was there for an appointment! After looking over my x-rays, they said everything was ok, but insisted I have some special cleaning. They refused to do a regular cleaning and told me I had to have the $100 cleaning. Will never go back and would encourage everyone to look elsewhere. I found a dentist to take me and only charge my insurance and myself only for what I NEED! This place is fraud! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Very good visit! I have used this dentist for the past year and a half and had very good service each time. Everything was/is explained to me up front. Only drawback is on the last visit I had an appointment at 8:00 am (opening time) and I heard one of the techs say they were "behind in cleanings"...(dont know how that could have happened)...they DO tend to over sell things you dont necessarily need! They wanted to set my child up with braces and a 2nd opinion revealed it was not needed at that time. If youre there for xrays and a cleaning, fantastic job!

Manger Don at this Riverview location dyned my son care with his spacer poped out of his mouth which could cut him because they told my insurance would cover the work they did on my son and insurance never did so even though my son has an emergance they want me to pay full balance of 120.00 before they see him which I was never responsible for in the first place .so in other words they care more about 120.00 then the walfare of a child . Great manger NOTTT!!

Horrible first impression, wont ever be going back. The dental hygienist barely spoke two words to me. She pretended like I wasnt there and acted like my being there was a huge inconvenience to her. In fact, the only time she spoke to me at all was to "sign here" for the bill. The dentist, while more talkative, was completely patronizing and sickly sweet, as if she were talking to a 3 year old child. Worst experience I have ever had going to the dentist.

I needed my braces off in June but they had to reschedule me for July 19th at 4pm. When I came in the said they dont take braces off in the afternoon. I dont understand why they would reschedule me for a 4pm appointment knowing that I need braces removed? My next appointment is in August now. I have been waiting over 2 months to get my braces removed! Theyre broken and my teeth are shifting back to how they used to be!

Had an appointment At big ben office for 3 oclock on March 3 checked in waited for three hours my name was not called went to the front desk ask what Happen they told me they forgot to pull my chart I spoke to the gentleman at front and he was very rude nobody has no explanation and apology And no one called to apologize Were on professional and I will never go back there neither will I recommend anyone to go there

absolutely AWFUL people at this location. We love the fish hawk location but the big bend location is HORRIBLE. The front desk ladies are snappy and rude, and need customer service training. I will never take my child to this location again and i will DEFF be spreading the word. When a manager cant even tell you that they are sorry for the rude and inconsiderate treatment ... THEN YOU KNOW WHERE THE PROBLEM LIES.

I hate going to the dentist - but had a pleasant one late of Friday afternoon. The staff was friendly and professional. The facility appeared to be very clean. I expected a "laundry list" of items needing treatment, as I had not seen a dentist since moving to Riverview nearly five years ago. What a pleasant surprise to find all I needed was a cleaning, which could have been scheduled next week.

Just left today without being seen for my appointment. After sitting in the waiting room 45 minutes past my scheduled time, I had enough. Typically each time ive been here, you wait well after your scheduled time and have watched others walk out for the same. Ive been going here for the last 2.5 years, but no more. I can think of better things to do than hangout in a lobby.

They pad your bill with items that are not covered by insurance, so they can profit. Also add procedures that they say are needed but are not covered by insuance. Insurance says those procedures do not work and are not covered. Place is very busy I do not know why, run like a mill, they change dentists there quite frequiently.

I hate going to the denist I always felt like they didnt care weather I was there or not, and when they would do any work they showed no compassion at all. Great Expressions cared about me as a person and they were very professional and efficent.I think the whole experience was as pleasant as a trip to the denist can be.

I paid 600 for just a crown it wasnt put close enough to my gums causing a gap that can have a cavity. Been goin here for over 10 yrs and finally left this ppl. Went to a new dentist paid 325 for 4 fillings a crown and build up. Ive been harrassed by multiple workers here which made me feel uncomfortable.

Absolutely wonderful staff! They were able to get us right in and took care of my son and I like we were family! I will never go anywhere else! The assistant was amazing with her patience and understanding. The doctor was fabulous and talked me through everything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Me and my 2 kids love the staff at this office. Love the Orthodontist and the Pediatric Dentist. It is sad the turnover on their Dental Hygienist, but I am sure this economy has a lot to do with that. We have been going there for almost 2 years and feel like they are extended family.

Horrible customer service. The only reason I want to visit the location is because of Sherry being there and I have followed her for many of years. I have called them at least 20 times and no response yet. I even called the Corporate Office and that goes to voice mail. What a waste!

I was traveling in the area and had a horrific toothache. They got me in the same day and did everything possible to save the tooth. Unfortunately, it was not healthy enough and had to be extracted. I was made comfortable and received excellent care.

Hate this place, long wait, the staff talk too much...Like just do your job and dont talk. Their oral b toothbrush is trash and it doesnt matter what time your appointment because you will never go in on time. Worst place ever? I think so

This place will look at your teeth about 5 or 6 times and tell you the exact same thing each time. Then they need 5 different dentists to look at it more. They are unwilling to do anything besides look at your teeth. Useless.
