Im currently sitting watching my wife have her treatment done and so far this is what Ive experienced. I havent been to the dentist in over five years. Luckily, no issues. I found Palmer Dentistry by googling natural dentists in Greenville, SC. So glad I did!!! This place is amazing. Unlike any other dental experience Ive ever had. As a new patient, instead of handing you a sheet of paper for you to fill out and then wait to see somebody after, the hygienist (ours was Jessica H-C) will sit you down in a private room to gather information (both medical and personal). They even gave us each a small gift bag. They get to know you and address any concerns you have and try their best to find out what type of patient you are and what it takes to fulfill your individual needs. I chose no x-rays simply because I didnt feel they were necessary and prefer no radiation exposure when possible. They were more than happy to accommodate that need. On a side note...a conventional dentistry office in G-Ville that I attempted to set an appointment with prior to finding Palmer told me it was law that I could not decline x-rays even when paying out of pocket. Im so glad I received the dishonest response. I wonder if they would have tried to force fluoride on me as well... The building, office and environment is phenomenal. Everything is comfortable. Hospitality is A+++++. Technology is A+++++. We got a full tour by our hygienist (Jessica H-C) and she was more than willing to answer any questions we had, and I had plenty in regards to our visit today, future amalgam removal and future preventative treatments. She gave us information and advice on oil pulling and offered products for purchase. She allowed myself and my wife to sit in on each others treatment. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We must have been asked at least five times if there was anything we needed. No soda available either! I love that! No fluoride treatment available either! Love that too! These people know what they are doing! I paid out of pocket for this treatment because Ive chosen to decline dental coverage with my job assisted health insurance and quite frankly what we received so far today was far beyond what I will be paying and I WILL be returning to have the five amalgam fillings removed. Im in the service industry and its extremely difficult to find businesses that care for their customers as this place does. A+++++ all around. Cant go wrong here. Truly looking out for their clients best interests.

Pretty sure these guys care most about their deep pockets, than taking correct action with proper procedures. I used to proclaim this facility and referred many people since I have had a big base around the nutritional field. They seem catchy because they have to-date supplement trends all the while having the eager and ambitious employees working for them, but in all honesty I feel they are under qualified for the work they attempt to do. I find it awfully uncanny that the dental visit before last, I was persuaded to refill my old cavity (23 yr old cavity) for a new one due to decay they found. Then when having it done- they drill so much out of my tooth, it was beyond noticeable that it was far too much. But I trusted that it was what was necessary to do. Well it compromised whatever was left of the tooth. Not even a year later after their work- I am left with it broken and now Im told it is my fault, mind you I do oil pulling, floss, fresh juice, and all organic, NON GMO food as my diet. I know personally that I take great care in my health. In which I went back to them to discuss the matters and Dr. Palmer initially begins demeaning me by asking "What makes me think its a cracked tooth"? Clearly trying to make me feel like I have no idea whats going on with my own mouth. Then goes into reading off notes from the previous visit that it "was NOT a filling on an existing cavity". Really? There was a bit of an argument between Dr. Palmer and I because I think if a facility does something incorrectly (down to the records too) that you are trusting them to take on- that they should be the ones responsible. Then I was told that I will not be in their facility- "abusing their employees"?? Please help me understand Dr. Palmer- how are questions abuse and to whom was the abuse made upon? Because my memory recalls only you being the bully. By that point it was clear to me that this place would not be fixing the big problem they caused and that I need to take these matters to someone else to help me.

I had been in pain from August until now (November). My previous dentist (who filled the tooth and started this mess), and an endodontist swore it wasnt the tooth, I was sent to an ENT and my family doctor who also had no idea what was going on. All anyone wanted to do was push pills and shake their heads as they sent me to yet another specialist. Meanwhile I was in unbelievable pain. On a lark, I decided to have another look at this issue with a holistic dentist. He correctly diagnosed the problem as a tooth ache. I decided to have the tooth pulled. And I have relief I havent had since August. Now Im terrified of dentists anyhow, but the staff at Dr Palmers office were kind and gentle. Both dentists were professional and reassuring. The best part is he didnt push crazy meds. When the tooth was pulled, they were much more attentive to the tooth space than I have ever experienced. The only pain I have now is the mild soreness from the normal, healthy healing that is taking place. No dry socket, no infection, no worries. If you are looking for a different approach, a less chemical and more holistic approach, or you want a dentist that will take care of your needs, you need not look any further. I have found my new dentist. Thank you Dr Palmer for everything!! Im back on track with a correct diagnosis, and pain free morning!

Acme conjures for me a scene with Wiley Coyote and the Roadrunner but I kept trying to find the right word to describe this practice and acme wins. Acme is defined as the top, pinnacle or most successful. I think this describes Palmer Dentistry based on my several years of visits. Let’s list the reasons for this awesome designation: firstly, the really know their stuff. They are on the cutting edge of dental health that considers the whole patient. When I had my mercury fillings removed I knew that the care they took to prevent any airborne mercury was for me as well as the staff. Secondly, they really know their patients. They are willing to accommodate any change in schedule and effortlessly handle my insurance company. No small accomplishment let me share. Thirdly, I suspect they are motivated but something much bigger than just the business and consider helping patients like a mission rather than just job. So when I share with my co-workers that I have a dental appointment today and they begin to empathize, I smile and say – no,no, I really like going to the dentist. Doug Ragan
