It started with getting a evaluation for a bridge I needed to get done, get the information on how much my insurance is going to cover, and how much I need to pay out of pocket in which I then start planning for. Fast forward to the day I set up the appointment to do this procedure. I come in for my appointment, sit down in the chair, before they start the procedure the assistant brings out the paperwork you have to sign with the total costs including what the insurance, and you are going to pay. It was close to $700 more than initially stated in writing. I tell them thats not correct, its suppose to be X amount , I suggest they should check there paperwork from when I came in. Wait some 15 minutes before the assistant comes back stating that I was correct regarding the cost and they would fix it. I understand mistakes happen, but after I expressed myself regarding the price, I just did not feel welcomed there as a customer. I end up putting it all behind me since Ive been waiting to do this for a while now, took off work so I continued with the procedure. Post procedure Ive come in for other appointments like cleanings. The hygienist was great, she was friendly, talkative, and from what I could see someone who liked what she did so not everyone gave off that negative vibe. Lets fast forward a year & half later. Year & half later my bridge chips on the front while talking. I call to make a appointment. I come in they look at my bridge & teeth. Doctor tells me my gums are red in that area, so it indicates a impact thus the cause of why my porcelain tooth on my bridge chipped. Which is interesting because shortly before coming in for this problem a cleaning I had performed there the hygienist commented on my gums being reddish, and for a matter of fact my gums have always been that way due to me having sensitive teeth & gums. Anyway, I laugh, and tell him I wasnt in the ring with Mike Tyson or in a UFC cage when this happened. This is suppose to last 10 years and here I am a year & half later, so how could he possible come to that conclusion. Tells me that if the porcelain in the bridge was defective due to manufacturing problems it would have shown up allot earlier. I then get a another quote for something like $4xxx to get the bridge removed and fixed. After the doctor got up and walked away, I was asked if I wanted to schedule a appointment for a filling I needed that he noted. I told them I would not be coming here anymore. From the moment I had the problem regarding pricing more specifically the general attitude I received, I should of known it was just going to be a problem in the future. Another company that just wants to take your money with no care in the world about the well being of its customers. Very shady business practices which I URGE anyone to look elsewhere when it comes to anything dental.

Hi, my name is Ronnette. I am looking for a dentist, I am in badly need of dental treatment. I write reviews for a living, Im not a patient of your dentist office and Ive never been but hopefully I will be seeing you real soon. I always read the reviews before selecting a new dentist or doctor. I applause The owner of the business, this is the first time I have seen The owner respond to his patients reviews. That tells me you have the upmost respect for your patients and business. Not only do you put a smile on your patients face and in their hearts. There is nothing more flattering than somebody telling you ,you have a beautiful smile. The thought for today- IT IS 5 - 6 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE TO FIND A LIFE LONG PATIENT AND ONLY SECONDS TO LOSE ONE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Wrote to them (using my full name starting with Karen) in an emergency situation asking for an appointment. I am deaf and cannot call. They wrote back asking for a lot of personal details most of which I furnished. I then received an appointment for one month in the future. My father, may he rest in peace, was a dentist in another land where people still recognise humanity and where they understand that the mouth is the start of the alimentary canal and that an emergency requires assistance. I am appalled at the way I was treated. If I were younger and had a car I would be there complaining face to face. If I were a hearing person, I would call. But I am not and therefore have only this means to vent. Shame on you. Dentistry is healthcare.

My wife and i have been patients at this office for 1.5 years. The staff and dentists are good, their office is deplorable. Construction has been ongoing for over a year, theyte the only tenant and little ot no construction has occurred during this period. I had an emergency and they facilitated an appointment 3 weeks ago. The office had no windows, they were sealed with insulation. The entrance was in start up construction phase. The area I was in had a fan running to try to control dust. My wife has severe allergies and had a reaction after her visit. Im not sure why this practice would continue to operate in this environment and it seems staff does change frequently.

I have been going to Advanced Dental for about 3 yrs. All the staff there is Wonderful! Kesha! my hygienist! is very gentle and, i feel at peace as she does the cleaning. Yesterday Tuesday Feb 14th Ha! she informed me she had to clean a little deeper. I got frightened because, of a very bad experience i had as a youngster. Kisha! put me at ease and I didnt feel any pain. I am set to go for another 6 months. Oh! Dr Shapiro is wonderful! too! and! did I mention... No Cavities!!! Yaaaa! Thanks! to all the staff at Advanced Dental here in Bradenton Fl Mary Joy Smith

Ive been a patient of this practice since late 2009 or 2010. Ive always been given excellent care. The staff is welcoming and my dentist has always taken care to get the details right. They respect my time and are usually very good at seeing me at my appointment time. Ive had some delays due to other patients emergencies, but Ive recently caused some with my emergencies. They have always been willing to work me in and Dr Shaw is a great dentist.

After putting off a visit for far too long, I just couldnt wait anymore. The staff here were gentle and understanding. They always inform me of what theyre about to do, exactly what to expect, and how much it will cost to ensure I am comfortable before proceeding. I no longer have anxiety about going to the dentist; I just wish I had found them sooner! They really care about their patients, and Ive referred friends and family here more than once.

Very compassionate, understanding, and helpful. This office is like no other when it comes to service I had a major fear of dentist. By there calm demander they walked me through everything expanded everything and understood just what it takes to help me through. Its been a few years now and I am a totally different person when it comes to dentistry. Thank you all very much its truly appreciated.
