Is it possible to leave a negative star?? Sheesh. This clown, Javier, is nothing but a money grubbing thief. All he wanted to do was charge me for things i didnt need. 

I initially emailed him because coworkers recommended his firm. I emailed Javier about a medical need to have massage therapy for my neck after a serious injury. Initially he didnt want to accept my health insurance until i explained what i explained to him via email. 

He agreed to accept my health insurance, and then proceeded to offer me electro shock therapy (not what i came in for) and after i refused saying i was only interested in Massage Therapy, per my email, he proceeded by saying, "Ok, i can schedule an appointment for you but you will have to pay $40 co pay for this visit". Confused, I asked, "So youre telling me that I need to pay you $40 to make an appointment??"

He said "Yes" and i walked out. 

The same day i texted the massage therapist called Tess (I got her # from a coworker as well), who is an amazingly helpful person who happens to work at FAC, about the situation. She agreed to schedule an appt with me without charging me. 

The next day i asked how the appt scheduling was going and she said that Dr Javier would have to charge me $40 for his "consultation" yesterday if I was to have an appointment at their firm. I said that if any attempt to collect on yesterdays meeting was made I would have to fight it court. She relayed the message and he agreed to drop the fee. 

However, in order to take my health insurance I would have to go see a doctor again, something that he didnt mention or require per our first meeting. 

The only thing that Dr Javier Hung was interested in is charging me for services i didnt need. I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this Dr at all "costs".

I started visiting Dr Hungs office last year when I was pregnant. Thanks to his services and amazing massage thearapist Tess- I had an amazing pregnancy + delivery. Dr Hung is very knowledgable. He has great understanding of medicine and pharmacy. Not that it is related to chiropractics, but he is also great in other areas: history, geography, etc as well. It makes a great conversation when you are in his office. I even brought my 1,5 month old baby after birth and he immediately realized she favoring one side more than the other. He gently adjusted her and she stopped leaning on one side only. And she started to sleep better at night. Tess is going to give you the best massage you ever had- I can guarantee it! I cant tell you how happy I am with them. All my family and I will stay his patients for life!

Dr Hung did a good job on me for sure. I think Im looking for a more professional environment though. I dont want to make my own appointments through some random system. Dr Hung never followed up with me at all to see if I was coming back so after a few trips rather than use their sub-par appointment webpage I just decided not to go back. He does a very good job explaining why hes doing what hes doing and the office is very calm and comfortable. I wish I could just pay 20$ a week to sit in that chair.

I had been having issues with sleeping and waking up with neck pains so I spoke with Dr Hung about it and he suggested that i try a custom made pillow to see if that would help so I did and I havent had an issue with my neck or sleep since! Best sleeping pillow Ive ever slept on! Thanks Dr Hung!

This office is very easy to work with. All the appointments are made online, Dr. Hung is very informative not only on issues of Chiropractic, but overall health. And the massage therapist Tess is amazing. Totally worth the visit(s).
