The desk receptionist was friendly but when I went back to meet the doctor he didnt greet me. I thought maybe he needs to look at my chart but at least he should of greeted me and shook my hand. He kept his back to me for close to five minutes and when he turned he wouldnt even look at me. I am not sure if it was a racist situation being that I am white. It was the only conclusion I could draw being that he only had me lay on my stomach while he worked on me. With all my chiropractic treatments over the years, I have never had a doctor not have me flip to check my neck and back. He never really adjusted me. He only used an activator and shoved on my back roughly twice. I feel this location not only has a terrible method of chiropractic but I would also watch out for the doctor being that he would never address me. I will never return to this location for my chiropractic needs and HIGHLY advise against going. I just saw this from another white chiropractic patient: Other Joint locations like the one in Buckhead have helpful chiropractors, and have been very good, but my experience at this location was very bad- I will not be returning. After injuring my back, I was concerned that I had a bulging disc because my lower back was very painful and red/inflamed. I went in to see one of the chiropractors at this location and asked him about it. Instead of giving me any helpful advice or acting like he cared in the least, he simply ignored most of my questions about what I should do and didnt bother to respond. Basically his whole attitude was that my issues werent his problem. After repeated questions, he said that I should go to the hospital and get an MRI if I was worried about my back! Unbelievable. I recommend boycotting this location altogether- I will not be returning. Dont support this kind of arrogance and un-professionalism. (Joshua G)

I was feeling discomfort in my upper back and decided to go to this location. I invited a friend who lives about an hour away. We went in, two ladies greeted us. One gave us a clipboard and started asking questions like, is this your first time? Yes. Do you have Medicare? No. After she asked the second question I said but I do have insurance. As soon as I said that the receptionist then takes the clipboard away from me and says Ill hold on to this for a minute. She took it from me without asking for it. So then I said , we will be paying cash. She hands me the clipboard back and I have a seat and start filling out the paperwork. While we are sitting there, my friend and I talk about what just happened and I say well I do love reviews. I then give the receptionist my clipboard and maybe she heard me but she was trying to fix what she had done minutes before. Sorry, but it was too late.. I will see if my insurance covers chiropractic care and if they do then I will not return to The Joint. If they dont then I will return to The Joint but not this location. Customer service is soo important that things like this will make you loose business. One good thing was the doctor, she was great! I am giving them three stars because of the doctor and not customer service.

My experience with this clinic has been awful. After you sign the "contract", good luck getting anyone to cancel your membership. Ive been trying to cancel since August 2016, and now its January 2017, and Im still being charged. The first time I tried to cancel, I was rudely told that I needed to come into the office to cancel (at which point I moved out of state), and then the person on the phone hung up. Eventually I got someone on the phone again, and they said they would email the cancellation form. Again, nothing. Even after contacting the corporate office, I did not receive the form. Fast forward to late October 2016. Someone finally got back to me and emailed a cancellation form. I sent this back to the clinic by email and regular mail. And what a surprise...nothing. Its gotten to the point where I have to dispute every charge via my credit card company, as Ive repeatedly asked for this service to be cancelled. If you do decide to sign up at this clinic, be sure to check your credit card statement each month, especially after you cancel.

Dr. Tucker is one of the best chiropractors I have ever been too. He is always so informative and always inspires and encourages me to work out and stretch. He shares the benefits of these advices. He is very professional and it may come off as stand offish but he is not someone who will take your health as joke and be overly friendly. He is friendly, professional and takes the job of chiropractic and his patients health very serious. I dont know what the other person with 1 star is talking about when they write that he didnt even greet them because every-time me or any of my referrals goto him he always greets us kindly.

Wow! Staff is very friendly. Dr. Tucker does a fantastic job and he very knowledgeable. Gave me stretching exercises to help alleviate the tightness in my muscles. I would definitely recommend this location!
