Let me start by saying, where would we be without Mill Creek? So many times the doctors of Mill Creek have taken great care of our fur-babies. Our Tyson (boxer) has been a "problem child" from day one. Dr. Worthy saved him from parvo, cluster seizures, and so much more it would be too long to list. Recently Tyson went missing for 5 days; Dr. Underwood saw him the morning after he was reunited with us. I did not call, did not make an appointment...I just showed up at the office. Everyone there was excited to see Tyson. Dr. Underwood saw him that morning and treated him for many scraps and cuts on his body, an eye scratch, and exhaustion. Just amazing loving people!!!

Dr. Underwood saw our little puppy dog Clara for a kennel cough. She was super nice, knowledgeable and understanding!! She was willing to take us in for a second visit last minute on a Saturday. She went above and beyond to call in the helpful medication with a local pharmacy. Dr Underwood even called the pharmacy to make sure they kept open for us. Dr. Underwood is very professional. The facility was nice and clean, the vet assistant carefully handled our dog and accommodated our one pound puppy!! Overall a big Thank you to Dr. Underwood, the whole team at Mill Creek office!!

! ~ Warning ~ ! Bait and Switch Con Gave a price to my daughter to have her cat spayed then jack the price up at time of pick up... Then Make her apply for a credit card to pay the bill they Jacked up !!! and they wont send notification of the spaying till the Jacked up bill is payed in full..... I had my Dogs hair trimmed there a few years back and it was a Hack job so Ive not been back.

I have taken my 3 Persians to Mill Creek & my Black miniature Schnauzer for several years now and had only excellent care. They take the time to make sure that nothing is missed. The care & time they gave my Schnauzer and us when we had to put him down due to kidney failure. They cried right along with us. My cats love them Too, they get only the best care

when you need a house call, these folks are great. They came completely prepared and although only a few minutes later than scheduled, they called to let me know they were running behind. Ive taken both my cats to their clinic as well and always received excellent care and service

Excellent care and follow-up. Got two of my three rescues through a poisoning and a heart scare. Docs and staff always take as much time as necessary and try to keep costs down. Three years and counting.
