I took my sick puppy to this clinic twice in one week. We saw both vets and her fast decline (including a lot of wieght lost) was documented. They showed an extreme lack of care, did very little, and were very uninformative. I was very upset and took my puppy to another local clinic were she has been hospitalized ever since, two weeks so far. I cant help but think that maybe if better care had been administered earlier, my puppy would be home with me. These vets have lost whatever made them go into this field, its very sad but I urge anyone with sick pets to go somewhere else.

Excellent service with an average wait time. The staff and DVM handled my pet well and told me exactly what they were doing during the appointment. I did expect my bill to be lower, though. In addition to the checkup and shots, I was charged $17 for the veterinary assistant to trim my cats nails. I have paid $5 everywhere else. I would also recommend purchasing any medication your animal needs online. I found that the medicine my cat needed was 1/3 the price on 1-800-PETMEDS.

We had our Rat Dog euthanized here this week. She was 15 years old and getting more and more aging and dementia problems. They were the least expensive place we could find anywhere nearby. Dr. Rouvet was also very patient and caring during the entire time, and made the experience as easy and kind as an experience like this can be. Thank you, Dr. Rouvet!

Have been going to a more... Trendy.. Decatur vet, however while that one keeps getting fancier and also adding more vets, our pets and the service we have received over the past year there has declined greatly. I heard about this vet and have been blown away by the service and the costs for ghe the same things are substantially cheaper!

CSAH is a great place to take your pets. Dr. Fordyce and her staff always provide the best care for my dogs without ripping me off. The staff is always knowledgeable regarding my visit and understanding with my naughty pups. What a gem right in the center of Decatur!! I am so pleased I found this place.
