I had a horrible experience here. The vet basically gave me a lecture about how knowledgable and he is, how many years he spent in vet school, etc. The sad part is that he didnt really seem to care about my dogs problems and listening to my concerns about possible treatment options. I felt so pressurized by him that it was unbelievable. Doctors like him have a degree on their walls, but the need for compassion and caring is something that comes from within and that is something I never felt. It was more, " I know what Im doing...........blah blah blah ..............you shouldnt care about what other pet owners say.............. I know what Im doing...........I went to school for it " Shouldnt vets listen to their patients owners and concerns to treat pets appropriately? Wouldnt you go to a doctor who listens to the problems and issues, who takes the time to show care and concern, before treatment? Or would you rather go to someone (no matter how good they think they are) who cares? I walked away paying the 51 dollars office visit.

I have been going to Winters Chapel Animal Hospital for 4 years with both of my dogs. The staff and doctors are beyond excellent! One of my dogs has cushions disease, and Dr. N diagnosed her after I had taken her to two other vets. My dog is still doing great and it is all because of the care and love she receives from WCAH! The women that run that office (especially Laurie and Jessica) are absolutely wonderful, caring, and extremely knowledgable. They are always there to answer questions and offer help where needed. I would not take my dogs to any other vet in Atlanta!

We have two orange tabby brothers that we adopted from this wonderful practice almost 13 years ago. They have received all of their medical care here and we are still pleased with care here. In the past, this practice graciously took in kittens from a feral cat we eventually tamed. They socialized them and adopted them out. We recently brought a dog into our family and he loves the staff here as much as his cat brothers do. Easy to get a work in appointment and the office staff are excellent too. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my dogs to Winters Chapel for the past 5 years when they needed dental cleanings, and WCAH had the most cost-effective estimate for the procedure. My sister and her husband referred us, as they were already taking their 3 dachsunds, and I have 2 as well. One of mine has become a diabetic for the past 2 years. I have found both doctors to be very supportive, patient, and understanding as I learned how to help my pet with this illness.

I’ve been taking my dogs to Winters Chapel since 1982 when I had my first dog. Though I’ve moved 20 miles away, I still take my two dogs (ages 15 and 11) there for their health care needs. The doctors and staff are caring and very professional. Yes, I could go to a vet that is closer to my house. However my dogs love the vets and staff at Winters Chapel. I know from past experience that my dogs will receive the best care possible.

Always a great experience for all of our pets. The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional (always recognizing the pet owners by name and remembering all of their animals names as well). Their genuine caring goes above and beyond what you would normally expect. For routine vaccinations and wellness checks to aging care and emergencies. Winters Chapel Animal Hospital has been our #1 choice since 1999.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Went there on a recommendation from a neighbor. Found my new Vet, Dr. Nachamkin, wont take my Shepherd to anyone else. Highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone with a pet that they love. I would be wary of any reviewer who references their own reviews on other websites.

I have been seeing these doctors for a few years now. I drive past several other vet offices to get there (including one right by my house). Both doctors are wonderful to work with, very compassionate, and non-judgemental. The staff is also caring and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice.
