Extremely rude to my husband when he went in. Both the front desk and the second desk he was sent to. His terms are not as nice as mine will be- but very stereotypical better than thou upper crust bitchy women. I would recommend if you dont get along with that type of human being, go elsewhere. We will be to order he glasses he went in to try and order.

Took my son here last weekend (yes,they are open on Saturdays) for an eye exam & glasses. Staff was nice and the Optometrist was good with him (hes 7yr old). We quickly found a nice pair of frames within our price range (though i wasnt really paying attention to the price). The ladies at the front desk were nice.

Know that if you call the office on a Saturday or Monday, and find that the phone recording claims that the "office is now closed", contrary to the website hours, the hours sign at the location has a footnote that is NOT mentioned at the website: "open EVERY OTHER Saturday and Monday".

Horrible, horrible. Dont go here if you actually need your eyewear, because there is no telling when you will receive your glasses. My son was examined and selected glasses on Feb 22, 2017; I am STILL waiting for those glasses on April 6, 2017. Ridiculous!
