Wish I could give them zero stars. I got a prescription for glasses & contacts. When reviewing my glasses, they didnt even ask me what I wanted (scratch/glare etc), they just quoted me a price with everything. Ive never paid more than $100 out of pocket - they wanted almost $400. I decided to just get contacts and then get glasses from zenni on the web. They appeared to be angry & didnt want to give me my prescription or my measurements. WTH is the matter with these people? I asked if it was a Target rule? They said no, and then gave it to me but wrote something illegible on a piece of paper -- like I wasnt going to look? So I had to ask. I wont go back, my insurance is accepted at many places Target, I dont have to go to you. My next round of contacts will come from anywhere but here.

My husband has been going here for 5 years. They ask everytime when he comes in for is Appt. "Have you been here before?" Dont they pull the charts for the day? The ladys dont help run the office smooth at all!!! They keep forgetting to order contacts, not up on if there are trials in the office. They jsut gave my husband a diffferent trial this week and put them in today and his eyes hurt. DONT GO HERE!!!!! Sending my husband to a real place that cares!!

The eye doctors are okay, but the staff who help you choose glasses and fit them to your face are fantastic. My whole family has been coming here for years and we love it. Picking out glasses here is always really fun.
