Where to begin, these people are thieves. Charged me $139.00 for a Royal Canin Ultamino bag of dog food that goes for $81 online. Thats a $60 markup on your customer, insane. Charged me $48 for two single doses of Advantage Multi for dogs, the six pack costs $81. Charged me $39 for a Miconahex+ Triz shampoo, which costs $16 online. Charged me $22.15 for an 8oz Epi Otic Advanced ear cleaner, which costs $8 online. The initial exam is $140! Getting the point yet...? This was all after I had just explained to them the long history of skin issues my dog had experienced and how I was at the end of my rope having spent thousands. Nice staff, they smile while they dig in your pockets. I went to this place because I thought they would try something different to treat my dog, they did the same thing as all other vets, except they literally robbed me while doing it. I went back and returned everything the next day.

Animal Dermatology Clinic is the BEST!!!! The entire staff is warm, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. The Vets take time to answer all my questions and guide me in making informed decisions. I first came to Animal Dermatology when my dog, Daisy, was being treated (2 rounds of antibiotics) for hot spots on her paws. Her paws were bleeding. She was in pain and was not eating. Dr. Griffries examined her, took blood, and prescribed the right antibiotics and other medications to get Daisy back on the road to recovery. Dr. Griffries diagnosed Daisy with an immune deficiency condition developed because of allergies. With Dr. Griffries help, Daisy was able to be stabilized with medication without having to be put on steroids. His patience, understanding, knowledge, compassion, and empathy, as well as a wonderful staff, is why I recommend Animal Dermatology! 5+++++

I dont think this clinic has much business, and Im not surprised. I have taken my dog to the clinic in Louisville, and they are great - always stocked with major brands of prescription food, very reliable, no surprises. I stopped by the Marietta office with a prescription to buy my dogs food (Royal Canin), and they didnt have the dry or canned in stock. They ordered some for me and said it would be there in a day or two. After a week, I called and asked if the food had arrived. They called back and left a message that it had arrived and "well be here til 9." 9 PM is their posted closing time on Thursdays. I drove an hour through Atlanta traffic to arrive at 8:20 only to find the office locked up and empty. Come on people, this is a business in a major city.

Such wonderful staff. Very friendly and responsive via telephone and always get back to my questions promptly. My dogs allergy/fur loss was a puzzle for all other vets until we came to Animal Dermatology Clinic. Dr. Griffies is so knowledgeable and does an immense amount of research to make sure our beloved pup has the best and most effective care. They always explain things very well and we always leave feeling comfortable with the plan and next action steps to help alleviate his allergies. Carolyn was so patient and kind when teaching me how to give allergy injections. Also a conservative approach to treatment, they dont nickle and dime you for tests and are very clear with you on costs before you agree to anything! A great experience!

Atlanta Dermatology and Dr. Bartlett were referred to us by our new veterinarian. After numerous rounds of antibiotics and steroids prescribed by our former vet we have determined the cause of her issues. This practice takes a great deal of time to get to know your pet and their history. You (pet owner) have to participate in providing accurate history. I was happy to find upon our first visit that Dr. Bartlett and her staff took the time to review the information and have an idea about my pets history instead of rehashing the information. Finally, the entire staff is pleasant, professional, and most importantly caring. They truly want the best for your pet. I strongly recommend this practice. 5 Stars!!!

The folks at Animal Dermatology have been fantastic. We were referred to them by Bush Veterinary Neurology Services after my cat suddenly started having seizures (severe ear infections broke through and caused a mass in her brain). Thanks to the great folks at BVNS and Animal Dermatology Clinic, my cat has been seizure-free for 2 years. I only wish they had a clinic in the DC area- wed been seeing Dr. Griffies from the Marietta location, who would fly up monthly to Rockville, MD; and that duty has recently been switched to Dr. Reeder from another location. Still, all of the communication Ive had with any member of ADC has been nothing less than wonderful. Thanks so much for all you do!

We were referred here by Bush neurology because we had seen our regular vet, GVS, and Bush neurological. Our cat was scratching himself so badly that he lost patches of hair, would turn red all over at random points during the day and destroyed his ears. At this point we had been to everyone possible and had spent thousands of dollars with no answers. Dr Bartlett actually listened to me and biopsies were done on his skin. We are awaiting results of that but the staff could not have been friendlier. They assured me we would have an answer soon. My experience so far has been good.

This Vet should be ashamed. He gives the Veterinarian profession, as a whole, a bad name. He diagnosed my dog with food allergies when he really had pyoderma (skin infection). After selling me overpriced shampoo, ear cleaner, and an $80 bag of dog food, I found out that all my dog needed was a two week dose of $10 antibiotics. He also did a skin scrape without telling me and charged me $61. I ended up spending $400 on just one visit. Please, Please, Please, do not take your pet here. This so called Vet only wants your money.

Highly recommended by our primary vet for our puppy who had double ear infections. I absolutely disagree with the negative reviews. Great service, advice, and our puppy got great care. My puppys ears are better and he is back to being a full blown rascal. I drive 45 min to get to this vets office and would drive twice that far without thinking given all they have done for my dog. I was a wreck over my Zoeys skin issues...typical fur baby mom!! The staff at the Animal Dermatology Clinic were fabulous - made me feel like they love my baby as much as I do (especially Robbie)! And Dr Bartlett was fantastic and very thorough. Less that a week after our visit Zoey is markedly improved. Im so mad at myself for waiting so long to take her to the specialist!!

Dr. Griffies is very knowledgeable and thorough. My dog is still receiving treatment for his condition, but I am confident my dog will be made as comfortable as possible under Dr. Griffies care and expertise. However, I think the experience here would be better if the Dr. himself discusses not only the treatment but also the associated cost before he leaves the room.

I had a great experience here! I felt I could trust the staff with my dog and Dr. Bartlett took time to listen and explain and answer all my questions. They were even able to fit him in same day for a procedure he needed. They printed out an estimate ahead of time before I agreed as well which I really appreciated.
