I was a patient here for two years. My cat has a known history of UTI and kidney issues. My cat was screaming in pain on a Saturday with blood in his urine. They are open until 2:00 on Saturday. I live five minutes away. I called at 1:30. They put me on hold for ten minutes. By now its twenty till 2:00. They came back on the line and said they were closing in twenty minutes and they would not see my cat. They told me to go to an emergency clinic. I wont be back. I would think after being a patient that long that they would see you, especially knowing my cat was in pain. If there were zero stars for this rating, that would be the one I would choose. I then called back to get a copy of my cats medical records so I could go to another vet and they told me it would be $27 for the medical records and I would have to pick them up. The only thing they would send free were the vaccination records. Since I paid for the tests I would think thats something Im entitled to without having to pay $27 to get them.

I am reviewing two services: The Veterinary check-up, and the kennel service. 1. Vet check-up - it went well, is not expensive, and I recommend it to others. They give good suggestions about pet care specific to my dog. 2. Kennel - They have a 48 hour cancellation policy for booking the kennel, or they will charge 50% of the cost for not cancelling in time. I understand they lose revenue for no-shows, and need you to cancel in advance. When I cancelled, they made a mistake and did not remove my kennel booking. When using this service, be sure to check guidelines and have them confirm changes/cancellations.

I went to this vet for two years and I enjoyed the staff and their love of animals. However, I decided to leave this vet due to their lack of technical knowledge when my puppy broke his toe. I felt that the treatments were given without much though behind them. He ended up with infections all over his leg from the splint, without much improvement in his toe. I moved a similarily priced vet that took the time to research options. The final result was that my puppy did not need a splint at all, he would have healed on his own.

Although staff seemed very knowledgeable, this place is very over priced for basic veterinarian needs... A simple booster shot and prescription, was double my vet. Seemed like they were prices are high because of their location and trying to meet overhead cost... But wont go there again... Too expensive

Availability to see sick pets with less than a day or two of notice is abysmal. Vets are thorough and knowledgeable, staff is friendly. Lab work seems pricey compared to others. If you have old/frail/ill pets who need unplanned visits, look elsewhere.

Every time I go here, I feel more like family than a customer. Everyone is so nice and sweet to me and my dog, prices are great, and I never have to wait long at all. This is a wonderful vet and is very well run!
